I received my iphone the next day. It was in perfect conditions, just as promised.

I received the iPhone XS and was very happy with the way it was presented. It came with a screen protector already attached and a clear case too! The charger and pin were extra bonuses. I was very happy with the EarPods I bought that connect directly to the phone, no wireless for me. The delivery was so fast and I am happy that they ship directly from the Netherlands so no big shipping hauls from other countries, best for the environment. The phone looks in excellent quality and I have been playing with it since I bought it to test it's features. All look great! Thankyou for the attention you put into delivery and packaging!

I buy an iPhone XS Max. First when I turn it on it was something wrong with soft system. And I needed to go to repair shop to fix it. And now working perfectly. It says on the website that is almost new and it is. It has some small scratches next to the speakers but for me it doesn't matter. Looks perfectly as new. I already love it. And would buy again here. Strongly recommend 😊

Super nice site (Mobico). I bought my iPhone SE 2020 yesterday and I received it within 1 day. He looks beautiful. I also received many emails with all the information and when he would come. Really great!

After eight months I had a problem with the screen that Mobico refused to accept under the guarantee terms. The reparation they offered was pretty much half of the original price, which is not serious.

I got an iphone 11 from mobico because i broke mine in Netherlands and needed one asap! Got it shipped in two working days, i got the 3 star version which is sort of used but it looks brand new! the battery is 100% and it has no scratches, also got a case and all the accessories and it was grat price for amazing cindition! I couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase and I would for sure buy from here again!

I have ordered phones before from this site and generally been happy. This time I needed some customer service and then it all started to fall apart very quickly.

I believe that the customer service team of Mobico is not based in the Netherlands - telephone lines open from noon til 7pm and I receive emails from them late in the evening.

Short story - I am still waiting for my money to be refunded - I received a credit note more than 48 hours ago and still have not received my money back!!

I can not understand how it is possible to run a business in this way. No proactive approach to customers, long/slow response times, no expression of sorry for the inconvenience etc, and slow paying my money back. Sorry Mobico but I will not order from you again.

Ordered a Iphone 12 Pro ' as new' which said 'in stock' on website with delivered promised next day. Next day got e-mail with sorry sorry your phone is not in stock. Will take 2 to 5 business days to get it in stock. Crazy because website said it was in stock even 2 days after ordering! Give us a call for alternative colors was the suggestion in the email. Called them next day. 1 hour waittime with 10 customers before me. conclusion no proper alternative so decided to wait the 2 to 5 business days. After 6 days still heard nothing so decided to call again. 1,5 hours waittime with still no ordered Iphone. At the end picked an alternative color. Ordered a as new phone but it was scratched on the side. What a horrible experience. Will never by a phone from this company again. I wish I would have stayed with fixjeiphone.nl. Will do again next time.

i orddered product with 5 stars described as new i got crap barely rated for 3 stars battery at 90% and first that caught my attention was 5mm scratch on screen visible well from under screen protector and after i took it off i discowered many more scratches not recommend this shop to anyone thieves offered 10 euro discount and it will not even cover cost of new screen protector

Phone not delivered no ANSWER on email no research to postnl they do nothing

UPDATE 5 JULY 2022 STILL NOTHING DONE BY MOBICO MAKING UP EXCUSES TIME AND TIME AGAIN ABOUT POSTNL DOING RESEARCH AND THEN NOTHING HAPPENED AND HEARD NOTHING I CALLED NOW 7 TIMES AND STILL THAT POSTNL IS SEARCHING HAHAHA THEY THINK I AM STUPID BUT THEY WILL SEE WHO THEY TRY TO FOOL IN TIME

IM.GONNA BRING IT TO THE JUSTICE SYSTEM AND TAKE CHARGE OF THEIR BANK ACCOUNS
