Scammers

Scammers. You press a button saying £0.45 to locate your mobile but you are actually paying £45 plus your credit card fees because they convert from Euros. They also make the charge automatically renewed every year without even asking you. A very sneaky way of stealing money from people. I am usually careful with these sites but I was in a panic mode having lost my phone in Germany. Avoid these criminals

Scam. Useless, but keen to sign you up for annual fee

I was hoping to use it to trace my lost phone but no good for this. However before I realised it I had committed myself to £39.90 per year! Only realised this when money was taken from my bank account the next month - so I cancelled future payments with the bank and was advised to contact Find Mobi myself. Easier said than than done! search on web for phone number - no luck, only found a website, but not user friendly to say the least so I failed to contact them via web. Will have to try again. A further word of warning, there is a link on this trustpilot page to Find-mobi website - So I tried it, My antivirus said Malware found, so I proceeded no further! I wouldn't trust or touch Findmobi with a barge pole!!
I got it wrong, they signed me up for monthly payments of £39.90 not annual!! I didn't realise this until I checked my bank account! However all now cancelled via my bank - I've lost nearly £80 , I tried contacting Find mobi, to return my cash, but guess what could get no reply ! If I could give them a minus star rating I would!

I don’t even know how they got me

I don’t even know how they got me. I was trying to get on my parking app in a rush. As usual, several websites popped up first and I went to the usual one. I was rushing and accidentally clicked the 90p. When I got home, I realised something wasn’t right so contacted my bank to say don’t pay to this company. They asked if I’d reached out and I said no, as with all of these things I shut it down. Fast forward 24 hours and they took another £35 from my bank which I now can’t recover. My bank won’t do anything as they say it’s not a scam, therefore I’ve cleared my bank and am closing the account. Can’t afford to lose anymore money. Stupid me!

Scam

Scam. They took £39 from my account even before the 48hrs! I had no idea it turned into a yearly subscription after 48 hrs as they don't make it clear and prey on scared vulnerable people who have lost their phone. Why are they not being shut down???

DO NOT USE OR PAY

This is nothing but a scam, avoid at all costs! I paid an amount below £1...and to date the phone has not been located through this service.

But guess what, I found the phone the next day, and there was no messages to the lost phone; it is a useless service and a fraud.

None of these are real.

They stole money from my account

My bank has been blocking every transaction not processed by me from this firm because my credit card is connected to it but last week I discovered £7600 was removed from my account but I still didn’t authorize it so I contacted the support team but they said they never did something like so I contacted 7102.pl and they worked to ensure my money was traced and recovered

This is a scam!!

This is a scam! I tried to locate my son’s phone at a cost of €1 but then saw that this ‘company’ tried to take €39.99 from my card. Thankfully my bank blocked this transaction.
Avoid at all costs!!
