Fantastic service and products

The service was so slick, easy to choose a new reconditioned phone, clear pricing, details and conditions. Also great system for recycling old phones. I was not expcecting my smashed up phone to be bought back but it was and I really valued that environmentally and fonancially!

I have never found the money that they say they paid me - plus a bonus as well. I send emails and get no answers. As far as I'm concerned, they are cheats...I'm down £40 unless they tell me where it is!

I had excellent experience with…

I had excellent experience with MobileAdvantage, not just with the website but also with the online help.
I ordered iphone but didnt get the approval in time from my company HR so it was very convineant to cancel the delayed iphone and order the new iphone and also got delivery sorted out online as per my requirements.
Done have enough words to state how helpful online help was and I wish more companies learn from MobileAdvantage

Phone locked to network

Bought a phone that said it would be unlocked, but when the phone arrived it is locked to Vodaphone. They also sent the wrong colour, as they didn't have the colour I ordered in stock despite listing it as available on the website. Contacted customer support who said I would receive an unlock code within 24hrs. 24hrs passed and no code, contacted them again and it changed to 72hrs. After 72hrs I contacted them again as still not received a code. They then said another 24hrs, which has also passed with no code. I have now had the phone for over 2 weeks and I'm not able to use it. Terrible customer service.

As the lock is applied by the network, we unfortunately do not have direct control over the unlocking process or the timing of any unlock codes provided. That said, we absolutely recognise this is not the experience you expected.

Because of this issue, we have offered you the option of a full refund or a replacement device, so we can put things right as quickly as possible.

Regarding the colour, we did send a letter explaining the change due to stock availability at the time. We completely understand that this may not have been ideal, which is why we also offered a return for a full refund or a replacement if you are not happy with the device received.

Our intention is always to provide clear communication and suitable resolutions, and we’re sorry if this hasn’t met your expectations on this occasion. If you’re still without a resolution, please get back in touch with us directly so we can arrange the best outcome for you as quickly as possible.

Excellent condition, quick delivery

The i phone I ordered for my son looks like new, comes in a nice Apple box, was good value for money and delivered quickly (within 72 hours) in time for his birthday. I would order refurbished from here again.
