Money went but I didn't get my eSim.

I bought an eSim with 100 Gigabyte offer from the web site.
After paying it I had to go thought their app, to get eventually the eSim.
The identification process supposes you to SPEAK POLISH, HAVE A POLISH ID and/or a POLISH BANK ACCOUNT, which quite alike you don't if you are on holiday, or in a business trip in Poland.
No mention of it was done before paying,
Asked for refund, but only get identification request. Ironical.
So, I don't know if the services works or not, since I could not go through it at all.
