They do not warehouse in Australia, they make no mention of this on the actual product page, they say its instock and sell from a .COM.AU address which is a lie. they should be shut down for being deceptive.
A month later and still no delivery!!!!

Websites lists poducts they do not have in stock.
They only check after you order and have your money and then advise you about the extensive wait times for them to get products in from overseas and eventually maybe send to you.

Do not use. No point. You wont get what you order in a reasonable timeframe.

SAME AS MOBILEFUN. look at their reviews.

Horrible customer service. Sent me a phone cover that is a completely different size to the phone it advertises it's for, and after multiple emails with multiple different 'customer service' operator's there is still no resolution. AVOID!

This was a great purchase and items delivered very timely. Why spend 100's at JB Hifi or Telco's when you can get high quality products from MobileZap.com for so much cheaper.

Great prices for the case I was after, ordered 2 since they were so cheap. Good quality product, well made. Shipping was fast, arrived within one week.

Product was as described and reasonably priced. Shipping took a while, clearly didn't come from within Aus so my expectations were that it would come faster. It was no big deal for me thouggh

.AU address but company actually located in the UK so shipping can take months. Ordered a $60 case when I ordered a new phone and been waiting 17 days while my new phone gets scratched up.

Tried to get a refund and can't even submit a complaint because there system won't let you until your order is atleast 25 days late.

Before the purchase,no mention of the case coming from the UK. After the purchase it's posted everywhere. That's dishonesty at its best. Poor company

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews and saying it's a scam site. I ordered the Google Pixel 4XL Ghostec case with card holder on the 1st April and it arrived within 6 days, pretty great for all the public holidays over Easter, faster than local post! Case quality is great, super happy, would definitely recommend and am ordering another case for my kid today. Only negative, not an Australian site so slugged cross border fee of $2.00.

i know theres a lot of negative reviews about this web site but i had no problems at all with myorder ,i received my phone case with in 12 days and are quite happy with the quality of the item .

Ordering was easy. Don't like that you had to pay quite a lot for tracking of order and the other option was no tracking. Everything is tracked these days so don't know why it was an option and made me uneasy. They stated order could take up to 25 business days. It did arrive just short of that and everything I ordered was there even tho the picture on outside of box was different to what I ordered, the sticker on box and contents were correct and good quality.
When I ordered the products I thought was an Australian website and would come from Australia but it came from the UK.
Would I order from this company again? Not sure. Only thing I would say is have all parcels tracked, not let it be an option as there is no security for the buyer when untracked. And tracking shouldn't cost a small fortune.

scam website, you will never receive your order

This company is based in UK and is very deceiving as if its local in Australia
Placed an order more than a month ago and not received yet nor reply to any of the emails or online queries

Foreign website based in the UK pretending to be in Australia. Beware!

Did not realise it was not Australian store, goods still haven't 22 days. Takes 4 days for them to answer emails. Purchased on 6th want me to wait until 3rd, said goods would take 5-7 days to arrive.

Ordered product's 5th april. Now coming up to beginning June and nothing. Will not use this website again.

arrived 2 weeks ago- still not sure that i would order anything else

Will not communicate, six weeks and product has not arrived, they say they will reimburse the money or send the product but have done nothing, still waiting for a reply on what they are doing but they only keep asking the same questions over and over with no action, do not recommend these people in any way shape or form
