Unable to Track package and delivery

Firstly I rang M2U before placing my order as I wanted to check up on the spec and delivery leadtime beforehand. I left a message on their answering machine, to which no one ever returned my call.
I placed the order anyway as we were desperate for the wheelchair. When I got an email providing a link to check the tracking status, I was horrified that I had to download a ‘sales’ app to check the status. I eventually downloaded it but still could not figure out where my order was.
Then, I got a text to say that my order was being delivered but only the cushion came, no wheelchair! Not much help.
My brother then started to chase the order and we still were none the wiser where the wheelchair was. The staff member even offered to refund the money!!
We requested that the item was sent by courier with next day delivery. The item eventually turned up 2 days later.
It should not be this difficult to order an item and keep a track on where it is in the system. Very disappointing

We need to understand a little more about the Sales app that you mention as we would never require our customers to download a sales app. Furthermore, your items were sent out from 2 warehouses with the cushion being dispatched immediately and the wheelchair a few days later. This was due to the fact that the 2 items were in different locations. We will of course ensure better timescales are provided in the future. The vast majority of our orders go out the same or very next working day from our own warehouses. Unfortunately on this occasion your wheelchair went out a few days delayed. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and have taken on board your comments regarding communication.

Shoddy

They sent us the item, the box was broken on delivery, my husband took it anyway, the item had no screws in the box! I emailed mobility 2 you, over a month later they havnt bothered to contact us back, I only gave them 2 stars because we got the item, beware the goods are badly wraped, and customer services are non existant, once they have your money you could get your item in poor condition then your stuck with it !!! Buyer beware !

Having looked into this I can see that 1 day after your email, we requested come information which we required for our manufacturing to dispatch the correct part. I believe, to date we have not received this back.

Efficient Company

Fast delivery of my order, there were two tiny screws missing they emailed me back straight away , followed by a phone call and dealt with the matter immediately hassle free and delivered screws immediately
It was good to actually speak with someone on a phone rather than some machine
Would defiantly order with them again
Plus they were cheaper than buying from high street shop
