Contacted Michael to fit a stairlift in a family members house, prompt response and was fitted within days of getting in touch. Quality work and left the place spotless. Highly reccomend.

Had a stairlift fitted today by Michael Wheeler, very impressed. He was polite, friendly and very professional. Mike worked quietly and in a professional manner, he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Explained everything clearly as well as pointing out any safety hazards. He watched it being used by mother-in-law and talked her through it step by step, but making sure she didn’t feel rushed, and understood everything. Would highly recommend this company and was a fantastic price. Very pleased we went with this company

Mike from Mobility 1st went above and beyond with relocating a stairlift from my uncle's property to my mum's home when it was urgently required. Initial enquiry made on the Friday, collected it from Manchester on the Monday, striped down and checked it over then installed at my mum's in Forest of Dean on the Wednesday. Excellent professional service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Start to finish, we were completely reassured about everything.
Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful team. I can not recommend them enough. They have made mine and my mums life so much better through not having to worry about my mum climbing the stairs. From calling late Thursday afternoon, Mike arrived promptly Friday morning and fitted my mums new lovely stair lift. We are extremely pleased with everything and did not feel pressured at all. We were reassured from the start that it would be on our time scale if and when we wanted to go ahead and that when we were ready, so would they be. Thank you so much once again!

Having spoke to several well known companies providing stairlifts, Mobility first was the obvious choice! They were highly accommodating and from start to finish they applied no pressure on us and were so helpful and friendly. Not to mention the most reasonably priced!
