Very quick delivery. Arrived when it said it would. No building required just take it out of the box and good to go. Very impressed. A very obliging and helpful delivery driver.

I received my Electric Wheelchair (Axion) the very next day. The delivery was great I was given a 2hr slot so was prepared to receive it.
Very easy to set up and comes fully assembled.
Never having used one before it took me a while to get used to it, but after that there was no stopping me. I've got my freedom back!
Getting in touch with customer service is a breeze, they answered almost immediately and sorted my queries out. Lovely Company who care about their customers.

We recently purchased the Stealth mobility scooter and the delivery was extremely quick . We have been away in the UK for a week and it performed perfectly. Would highly recommend this product and company as servi was very fast and efficient

Site was easy to navigate and order from. Wheelchair was packaged well and dispatched and received quickly. Great value for money too! Wheelchair is just what I was looking for and folds up really easily for storage. However finding it incredibly heavy even though described as ultra light weight. The instructions are very minimal and I found them hard to understand. Love the chair though, easy to work and will definitely help me get some independence back being able to go to shops etc on my own now.

Great wheelchair,I’ve had it for two years now with no major problems, the reason for 4 stars is, it is made for upto 25 stone in weight so you’d expect the seatbelt to be longer as it doesn’t fit and I’m only 19 stone also the seat could be thicker as like I say it’s meant to hold upright 25 stone so it’s not going to comfortable for anyone over I’d say 15 stone as I have added an extra cushion for comfort, the next issue is the weight, I myself being disabled can’t lift it in and out of the car or my home, I have to rely on my daughter so after thinking the wheelchair was going to give me a little freedom when I’m on my own but sadly this is not the case but it is great when I do get out so here’s the plus side of it, it does give you freedom when out and about also it is a sturdy frame and great that you can extended by 2/12 cm each side with the kit proved, this gives larger users to be comfortable without having to squeeze into the small seating area most other wheelchairs. All in all I would recommend this wheelchair but be aware of the things I’ve mentioned.

Disappointed as it's not at all light as the video and the man on the phone implied. Still a struggle for my husband to get in and out the car.i couldn't go out by myself as no way could I lift it in and out my car.

Ordered the chair due to short delivery time, paid extra for delivery to room of choice, however two weeks later still waiting to be contacted regarding delivery. No communication from mobility throughout this time. I have had to telephone to chase only to be told the delivery team will be in touch. I’ve still not heard anything.

Very quick delivery, good soild chair , once i understood how to make it work i found it super , the instruction booklet could have been more helpful , i was trying everything on a trial snd error basis ,
Still trying to figure out some things, be useful to have a video with all the information maybe ?
