Disappointed as it's not at all light as the video and the man on the phone implied. Still a struggle for my husband to get in and out the car.i couldn't go out by myself as no way could I lift it in and out my car.

Ordered the chair due to short delivery time, paid extra for delivery to room of choice, however two weeks later still waiting to be contacted regarding delivery. No communication from mobility throughout this time. I have had to telephone to chase only to be told the delivery team will be in touch. I’ve still not heard anything.

Very quick delivery, good soild chair , once i understood how to make it work i found it super , the instruction booklet could have been more helpful , i was trying everything on a trial snd error basis ,

Very easy to fold and unfold it is also just light enough for one person to lift and put in the car I also like having the option to being able to take out the battery to recharge

Whenever we’ve had any queries, they have been answered, or actioned straight away.
The staff are very courteous, & are good listeners.
Very recently we needed replacement screws, they asked for a picture of where they were needed, they arrived the following day.
All in all a very good company, with good after sales service.

I was told I would get a call 30 minutes before delivery which i did not, I had a missed call the evening before but they left no message.
I was called at 8am and was told he was at the door, I explained i would have to call my brother to go round and it would take 10 minutes, but the delivery person was rude and said he would only wait 10 minutes, not overly pleased.

EXCELLENT what can i say ! the service was impeccable from start to finish! (MADDIE and JOSH) were very helpful and informative with all enquiries the delivery punctual and driver above and beyond if you order before a certain time you will receive within 24 hour period look NO FURTHER !

We visited the Worksop showroom on Saturday and were met by Carol who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all their scooters and motorised chairs. We purchased a motorised chair and it arrived today we’re over the moon with the service and chair, we will certainly be returning for all our mobility products. The showroom is absolutely outstanding, lots of room to try everything out in a safe environment.
