awe a great chair although its for my husband I fell in love with it. nice and secure and firm and soft all at the same time. I don't know weather I should give him it or not might just keep it for myself. ,,👍😂🤣

I purchased a nexus mobility scooter for this firm its now four months old has issues the main one being the back wheels are knackered first they sent a front wheel out yes its a back wheels I asked for then they send me back wheels phone them back and ask for new pins for the wheels promise 24 hour delivery and yet just had a email saying they now need to speak to technical team well for something that's only four months old this shouldnt be happening i asked for a replacement scooter and was told we will send you wheels totally fed up of this and now its beyond a joke seriously wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and seriously think twice before you buy anything from them because the wonr replace items and get messed about for repairs

Sent the correct wheel chair and all good but they sent the wrong colour and so much hastle to send back my mother just accepted the wrong colour

I ordered the wrong item. My email was responded to promptly and in a very pleasant, personal manner. They arranged collection and a very reasonable charge for postage. I would recommend them very highly to any of my friends and will definitely do business with them if I have need of them in the future.

My wife was looking for a lightweight, foldable scooter. She liked the Stealth, but happened to say she really wanted one with a single wheel at the front, because of the tighter turning circle. It turned out that a 3-wheel version of the Stealth, called the T3, was coming into stock in a couple of weeks.

We made an appointment to visit and try it out. It was just what she was looking for; it's relatively light (around 18kg), easy to use and so simple to fold and store in a car boot. One battery gives a quoted range of 10 miles, and there is space for a second unit if required. I really liked that the battery has its own 'off' switch, to help reduce passive drain and hopefully lessen the faint fire risk that seems to be becoming associated with Li Ion batteries. Above all, it was really well priced at £700 with a new-customer discount. I've seen the same scooter elsewhere online at £999!

Would happily recommend Mobility Plus.

Have to give a special mention to Maddy. She went above and beyond, in what was a difficult situation for myself.
I cannot reccommend MobilityPlus enough, this is a replacement Chair because of situations out of mine and Maddy's control.
Everything about MobilityPlus is top notch.
Having done the research for my initial Chair, MobilityPlus came top, and did not hesitate to get a replacement, the Ranger XL is a fantastic piece of kit.

The service was good ,the help line was polite and helpful , the scooter itself is very useful once I have figured out how it works and the battery charging process, it’s heavier than I thought.
