I purchased the Nova ultra light folding wheelchair on the 11th June 2026.That in itself is ok, MY problem is with the Battery.
I went shopping with my wife On Sunday 5th July, the battery was fully charge according to the Green light on the charger. We spent approximately 2 hours shopping in a shopping centre, while we were shopping my wife walked around 2500 steps I on my scooter was with her all the time stopping and stopping as you do when shopping as we stopped for lunch so the scooter was not switch on all the time. On the way back to the car the battery died flat as a pancake. Had to ask a stranger to push me back to my car as my wife is also Disabled she is unable to push me.Today I have tried to Phone Mobility Plus 4 times no answer, recorded message then cut off no one answered.
Very discussed that they cannot be bothered to answer their phones. My son who also has one of their scores also had a similar problem with this company. This is not very encouraging when you have only had the scooter for less than one month

Excellent company went to the Hertfordshire branch 2/3 times as I couldn’t make my mind up on which one every time they took time to help me no rush no hard sales tactics just help
I went with the Ranger XL in green and love it

No fuss ordered my walker it arrived the next day!.
They also posted a helpful video on the chat screen to help me get it all setup

Placed my order did not receive conformation email or email saying order had been dispatched and out for delivery.Only after getting onto your website did i find that it had been dispatched and was in Newport depot and was being delivered.

Visited your Worksop showroom this week to find my daughter a power chair to use everyday on all terrains to get my daughter out of the house . We were greeted by the showroom manager Carol who gave us confidence from the start . It was so relaxed and non sales like and showed us everything available.We tried the test track and the new 19kg Nova and ticked all our boxes .What a lovely showroom and fabulous products at a great price too , Carol made everything easy to choose and next day free delivery what more could we want?!

Prompt delivery

I spent many a day , week , hour looking at wheelchairs , however something kept pulling me back to mobility plus , and one particular chair , plus at the time there was £30 off . At checkout . I bit the bullet , paid and relaxed . I am glad i did . Within 2 days it arrived . After unpacking , i noticed the under seat storage bag was missing . I got in touch and straight away without any quibble my bag arrived just as quick . Cannot fault the company and up to press definitely not the chair . It folds neatly , it is slightly lighter than my other one . Every bit helps my hubby lifting it in the car . The seat is comfy , not sat bolt upright , has a slight recline but noticeable . And comfy . The joystick is responsive unlike my other . If i want to go left it goes left , not argues because a wheel is turned the opposite way . It spins on the spot for turning around . And the overall feel of it is great . Highly recommend . Thank you . A*****

The only disappointment , nothing to do with the company , it was the delivery guy , unfortunately i wasn't offered feedback for that , so i cannot complain . Don't approach for any reason otherwise , he dumps it off the trolley and leaves a 71 year old to struggle up the driveway , with an awkward sized heavy box , with plastic tape cutting into his hands . . And leaves with no thought . . Disappointment !!
This has no reflection on mobility plus . However hopefully they will speak with the courier .

Lightweight rollator , easy topack in a small car. Good brakes and excellent 4-wheel stability.
