Sent the wrong part but quickly rectified it thank you 🙏

We ordered a triangular walker with a seat for my mum. It arrived within timeslot and I put it together with ease...the only tricky bit was attaching back wheels as instructions not clear so I looked at a photo online. Sadly, on trying it out, the seat was too small and the handles created a vice like grip on her. I think it suits very thin people. I sat on it and had same problem..it was like having a vice on you. The return was smooth. I phoned and was told who would collect and on which day. The refund was paid shortly after the return. I would buy again from this company. Just waiting to see if can find larger triangular one with seat

Always been amazing with me. The quality of their products are second to none in my opinion. Where else can you buy a decent wheelchair for these prices! As well as having affordable, good quality products, their customer service is at the top of anything I’ve ever experienced before. I lost the leg strap off my wheelchair at the garden centre and I wanted to purchase a replacement, but they wouldn’t have it and gave me one, shipping it the same day. It was my fault I lost it too. If all that isn’t enough, they use decent delivery companies to deliver their products too. Couldn’t ask for more. Totally blown away. I won’t go anywhere else for my wheelchairs and anything else they sell. You can be sure that they’ll look after you long after you’ve made your purchase. My wheelchair is still going strong and looks and performs as new. I’ve lost a massive amount of weight in the last year, so I’ll eventually be looking for a replacement, it’ll be this place where I’ll be getting it from. Thanks so much.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Mobility Plus. They dealt with the return of my wheelchair for repairs and service with efficiency, friendliness and courtesy, and did a great job. I was charged a very reasonable rate, and my chair is as good as new. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and help in getting me mobile again.

A tripod walker was purchased which was simple to order and delivery was quic to remove. The product itself is of good quality and lightweight to manoeuvre however it didn't come with any assembly instructions which for a person alone is not ideal and the seat on the tripod is very modest and would not accommodate a larger frame.

Very pleased with the service I received from MobilityPlus Wheelchairs Worksop. The staff were very helpful and were able to answer all my questions. I chose to wait for the colour I wanted and it ended up being delivered to my door a couple of days earlier than estimated. As for the mobility scooter I purchased I love it!! It has given me more freedom, I can fold it up and fit it in my boot easily. Thanks Mobilityplus Wheelchairs, since my experience i wouldn't use anywhere else

Spoke to them on chat to see when the scooter i wanted would be in stock they told me Tuesday this was a friday I think anyway had a e mail Monday to say it was in so ordered straight away and was delivered Wednesday super fast delivery very easy scooter to put up and down pleased with my purchase
