The engineering that went into my Jazzy Ultra is unbievable. Outstanding. I’d give it a sixth star too.

Where do I start this Mobility Scooters Direct has the worst customer service ever they never answer the phone when I call, I have sent emails with No response back to any of them at the sales and help email address and with the DM on FB it is just so very sad of the lack of customer service

The people have been very helpful and friendly, but I haven't received the product yet.

We were on vacation and my brother-in-law had an issue with his scooter collapsing due to a broken release handle. The broken part that was needed was shipped overnight and we received it actually earlier than expected. This solved the problem for us as well as being able to take his scooter onto an airplane. Tony really saved the day for us and his efforts REALLY helped us out when we needed it the most! Now the scooter can once again travel on a plane!

I needed a mobility chair because I was having a right below the knee amputation. I ordered the Pride Jazzy Ultra Light power chair and I Love It!! It gets me around and is easy for my husband to fold and stow in the car when I have to go anywhere!! Great chair!

They offer a wide array of mobility scooters, with a model to fit everyone's needs. I purchased my mobility scooter from them because they had such great informative videos up on YouTube. These videos were very helpful in me deciding between different types and models of scooters. Once I purchased my Buzzaround, it was shipped to me swiftly in Houston. It arrived in perfect condition, and packed well to protect all the parts. I was very pleased with my customer experience with Mobility Direct, and I love my scooter, which I am now driving all around Spain! I transported it to Spain on an Iberian airlines flight. They put it in the baggage hold for me and delivered it to me after the flight with no damage.

We were looking for something that would easily be accepted by airlines, cruise ships, tour buses, etc. And we found it! The new GoGo Super Portable! 41 lbs without battery, collapsible to 12", goes up and down easily in seconds. Goes to the jet bridge like a baby stroller. What a scooter! Most importantly, the customer service at Mobility Direct was THE MAIN REASON why we chose them to do our purchase. OUTSTANDING! And they continue to give support. Thanks Addie!

Huzzah! I'm mobile again! This was shipped in decent time and I've been using the battery for a couple of weeks and it works great. I used it all day at the zoo and I hadn't even gotten it fully charged beforehand (I forgot).

Think I went from about 80% to 30% by the end of the day, but that's really good considering how much use driving all over the zoo almost non-stop.

After doing a lot of research on what scooter would be best for my wife, we settled on the GoGo Endurance.
Next question was where to buy it... We looked at a few local places and at several online outlets. After speaking with Annie at Mobility Scooters Direct on the phone, the answer was clear. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They gave us the best price, by far, and it was delivered within days. We recently purchased a replacent rear shroud for our Buzzaround EX from MobilityDirect. We were disappinted that it did not come with the two decals as on the original part. We discussed this with our salesperson (Tony) over a week ago. He said he would get us a price for the decals. Despite a second request, we have not heard from Tony at all. Very disappointed.

We did a lot of research watching YouTube videos and reading reviews. It was worth it to take the time to do it. When we finally decided what would be best for us, we called Mobility Scooters and got the answers we were looking for from knowledgeable people.
When the scooter arrived, we followed the instructions for set-up and care. We love that it folds up and my husband can pop it into the back of the car with no problem. It has not given us any trouble and has allowed me to enjoy going out and about without a backache or fatigue.

Absolutely Love it! As much as I resisted buying a scooter and feeling embarrassed that I needed to get one I'm glad I did. I decided on the buzz around carryon, it is very easy to fold and unfold and putting it in the back of my Ford Escape is a breeze.I'm seeing and going places that I haven't done in many years. I love my new Pride Mobility Go Go Super Portable-Black. I ordered on a Monday, Jan 7th in the afternoon and received it so quickly on Thursday, Jan 9th. It has really made a difference for me. My husband can load it easily in our SUV and it rides great. Lots of power and so very quiet. I have ridden in on grass and uneven surfaces with no problem at all. Thank you so much for telling me about this scooter. I recommend it highly.

I purchased the Pride Mobility Jazzy 1450. Excellent powered chair! Unfortunately there was a mixup during shipping and it was shipped with the incorrect seat.
Edward and his team were very easy to work with and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. As a matter of fact, the customer service was so good I am now looking to purchase a second powered chair from Mobility Scooters Direct just for travel.
