I am writing to seek assistance with an unauthorized recurring charge. Despite uninstalling the application and attempting to cancel my subscription within a few days of use, I continue to be charged $13 weekly.

The subscription does not appear in my Google Payments subscription center, making it impossible to manage or cancel through the normal channel. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the company's customer service have gone unanswered.

I believe these continuing charges are illegitimate. I request immediate termination of the subscription and a full refund for all charges processed after my cancellation attempt. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to my bank and the relevant consumer protection authorities

These dodgy dealers are taking 2 deductions every week from my bank account. Different values and I cant stop it as it says my account isnt even active, I dont even know what its for. I googled to cancel it and it gives me apple instructions but alas I wish it was coming from Apple, nope straight from my bank

Bought one week and got absolutely nothing for it. Can’t read anything. Impossible to unsubscribe. My account says no subscription. They then kept trying to debit my credit card every few days a week later. Had to freeze then cancal my card altogether because I had absolutely no response from them. Do not under any circumstances subscribe to this service. Their app should be totally blocked. Disgraceful conduct. I contacted them many times with no reply whatsoever.

Terrible service they keep charging your account don't engage with them. It cost me so much money to finish a book now they keep charging me every three days

They are a scam. Charged twice on the same day and restricted my access.

Bought one week, tried to unsubscribe, but it's impossible. Have written several emails and told them to remove the subscription, but have gotten zero replies. Have been forced to block my card from all regions and might have to cancel my card completely. They have made three attempts this week to bill my card. Practically harassment by now. Do. Not. Subscribe.

I would rate less than 1 star if I could. I paid $29.99 for a VIP all access 7 day pass and got nothing. Tried to write them on the web site and got a run around about you still need coins to.

Got an offer for sign up for 15.88/week money deducted but i only watch few episode and asking me to buy again! ridiculous!

BEWARE!! This app will give you a receipt for one charge and then actually take out a higher amount, multiple times, over multiple days. It’s nearly impossible to cancel because the app bills through stripe so it doesn’t show up under your subscriptions in your Apple account. Customer service is nonexistent. I literally had to cancel my card and order a new one to stop the daily charges of $19.99.

If you use this app they are taking a large amount of money from you even if you don't use any of the things on the app. Just don't fall for it. Don't go near it. Its just a money making machine for them and its hard to work out how to cancel it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WIITH THIS APP
Love the stories, but I paid for 1 week to read chapters, do not even know what happened with that. I look at the adds and play their games, but now that I'm about 20 chapters towards the end cannot seem to go any forward unless I buy points, and it ioos telling me if I want to continue I need 235 points & then 295 for the next chapter? I refuse to pay any money since it did not help me the last time.

Worst App ever. I paid over $100 it doesn't even allow me to watch all the episodes. Now I want to cancel the subscription it doesn't allow me to cancel because payments are made via stripe and not Google play and there's no option to cancel subscription on their app

Absolutely shocking app that allows you to read books whilst charging you and then when you have read 600+ chapters, replaced your account with a brand new one and when you try to get back to your old account it’s like trying to find Narnia in the back of your wardrobe!!! Should not be allowed to be put out to the public!!!!

I have watched the commercials and read the articles to progress through the chapters. Now to complete the remaining chapters Mobo wants money. Read free vanished and no longer seems an available option. So now it’s pay if I want to finish the book! Bye. I Can’t do it!

I only purchased one time. Then I found it was a continuing subscription. They have been charging me $19.99 for months but never saw any coins or whatever the subscription was for. I tried cancelling the first time i found out about it, but I I can't find it on their app. When I submitted a fraud alert on my debit card, they sent an email for invoice and a way to unsubscribe. This company is suspicious. They took money from my accout without notice or receipt or invoice until I filed a fraud notice to my bank.

Cheaters. Asking € 135 for a so called free book.

Really enjoying story I’m reading but frustrated that it’s taken so long to read. I think this will be my one and only book on app. I do not have the patience to wait for updates… too many ads too

Too many ads. Ads are too long should only be max 20-30 seconds but some are around 60 seconds.
Says view 1 ad but that one ad will contain two or three ads.
The time taken to review up to 4 ads (plus additional ones disguised as one ad) pls review pages to obtain extra coins takes longer than it does to read the measly one chapter it opens.
It should be one add for one chapter not this garbage
Would appreciate honesty not the deception surrounding the ads and what you need to view to open a chapter
