WhatsApp transfer worked brilliantly. I made an error with purchasing the incorrect software. But customer service has been awesome and dealt with it very promptly, happy to recommend this to others.

Customer service was fantastic to go extra mile as I accidentally input the wrong email address. Need to access the software by logging in non-exist email. They help me to solve within 1-2 days and all account are in place in a single account to manage. Thank you.

I bought iTube Studio and somehow was debited twice and for 2 separate purchases. My first thought was that I had been scammed, but I reached out to Wondershare customer support who were very professional and immediately cancelled one of the subscriptions and I received the reimbursement the next day.

Just recently, we needed support with an upgrade involving compatibility issues with the Mac OS. We reached out to support and got an immediate response. And the support person knew the product and was able to give us accurate information to get us back up and running again. They care about their customers and it shows.

I am using Wondershare Filmora for years and the improvements over the years are making it very easy to produce a movie.

My pc broke down and the custumor service was great helping me immediately ! I didn t have to wait days for a reply by mail but it instead they answered immediately!

I've been using Filmora for a few years now, and I find it easy and enjoyable to use. The interface is intuitive and the online instructional videos are helpful. There's plenty of free music to choose from too. On the couple of occasions when I've got stuck and contacted support, the response has been very quick and effective.

I'm using Filmora 10 and enjoying it a lot. Lighter, faster, with more features, no crashes.

I've been using Wondershare Filmora since version 8. It is my goto and only video editor. For the past two years I have been editing weekly worship videos for my church and posting them on YouTube. With the tons of effects, transitions and titles I am able to make my video editing not only a joy but a breeze as well.
When I need it, customer/technical support is absolutely excellent and spot on. I will highly recommend Wondershare Filmore to anyone.

I am Khanh, a user from Vietnam. I've just recently known Wondershare Filmora X last few months after reading a review article. And I've tried to use it. Amazingly, I felt very impressive about the functions of Filmora. It works very well even with the big size video file (my laptop is quite weak :( ). Supported very well and conveniently with built-in effects and stocks. Filmora has made my video editing easier and quicker. Just take few hours to learn the functions, I'm sure you will manage to use it effectively. Highly recommended!

I accidentally formatted a memory card with video footage that I had captured for a brand project, including the ending, but I was able to get all of it back after using this amazing software.
