WhatsApp transfer worked brilliantly. I made an error with purchasing the incorrect software. But customer service has been awesome and dealt with it very promptly, happy to recommend this to others.

To be honest, I have had problems with upgrading my Wondershare software. I almost always lose the program altogether. To their credit, however, the support techs have been very cooperative about getting me up and going again. It's a mixed bag.

Wondershare is a company well worth your time and money!
Wondershare is a company well worth your time and money. I have lifetime subscription to UniConvertor which works really well. In the year or more that I've had it, it has done a great job and never let me down.
I also have a lifetime subscription to Filmora which is simple to use but very effective. One note of caution is that the developers seem intent on turning it into a "fashion product" with new features which will probably suit TikTokkers, millenials & GenZ with "Shorts" and odd stickers and effects without developing the things that would make Filmora a great competitor for programs like Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve. Even their advocates on YouTube are shaking their heads. Apply for and stick with version 10.4 and don't update and you'll have a fantastic experience. 10.5, the latest version is crammed with time-wasting features and subscription service features as well as the GenZ "gimmicks" and, hopefully someone with a brain will get their act together and restore normality!!

I am very happy with my Wondershare…
I am very happy with my Wondershare purchase. The software is very user friendly and works great. I purchased the Uniconverter program. I now wish I had purchased the lifetime package, but I didn’t know how good it would be.
I had one small issue (user error...lol), and the tech support was awesome. They followed up three times to be sure my issue was resolved. I can’t say enough good things about both the product and support.

Pre-sales support was excellent
Pre-sales support was excellent. I had a few questions, all of which were answered quickly and effectively. While I decided to go with a different product, I would've had no concerns using Wondershare Filmora for my video editing tasks.
