Fabulous cushion, fabulous company!

I bought a beautiful cushion by Hattie Gordon from this site and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
I have a print of Brighton Birds chatting, which I adore, so when I realised I could get the same print in cushion form, I was thrilled! The colours are fantastic on the cushion and it’s beautifully made.
Mode Abode’s website is super easy to navigate and I had great communication re delivery dates - I ordered during the Royal Mail strikes but I still received my cushion in good time.
Mode Abode and Hattie Gordon are both fabulous!

A really lovely family business

I wanted to give 5 stars ⭐️ but through no fault of Modeabode, I haven’t received my order yet as there is a Mail strike at the moment, however Mode Abode are really communicative and keen to resolve any issues. I’m very happy to support this family business as their products and customer service go way beyond anything I have ever experienced. Their products are unique and fabulous too.

Really prompt efficient service

Really prompt efficient service. The covers are very well made and lovely. the reason i didnt give five stars was that i ordered a faux par beige back and the covers backs came in white. I ticked the appropriate box on the web site. No worries. thank you.

With the regards to the colour of the back, all linen cushions have a white back and and all faux suede cushions have a beige back. We will definitely look at making it clearer for our customers. Thank you for taking the time to review us. However I would just like to point out that all of our cushions are printed on one side only. All the reserves of cushion are either beige (in faux suede or white in linen).

To make sure customer are aware of this before they make a purchase, we have provided an image of the front and pack of every cushion for sale on our website, we have also made this clear in the description as it states "Please note: All linen cushions have a white colour reverse & all faux suede have a beige colour reverse."
