Helpful, good service and delivery. Reasonable prices.

I have placed 3 orders recently and have spoken to Steve each time beforehand, for his advice. I don't have a great deal of boat building experience. He has been most helpful with his advice and recommendations, patient with my requests. Their website is easy to follow and I had no trouble finding what I needed. Even amending an order was no bother for them. Despatch
, packaging and delivery is fine. Placed order mid pm on Friday, delivered Tuesday am. Fast delivery is always a prime concern and the rates are good too. Prices are competitive.

Say my orders are too much trouble to…

Say my orders are too much trouble to deal with !!! - enquired when I should receive my order in a polite manner, was told it had gone out the day before.
Got an email two days later say it was being dispatched that day.
When he say it had been dispatched i think he may mean it had been prepared and was waiting to Royal Mail to pick it up, if RM is unreliable in his area is it too much to expect them to take a package to the post office
