I purchased a pilates reformer from Modern Fitness. I cannot fault their service. Excellent communication throughout particularly around delivery, which was super fast, arriving 3 days after I placed order. Very comprehensive instructions and guidance so you know what to expect on arrival. The reformer required a small amount of set up and whilst it arrived with instructions, I found that Modern Fitness had set up videos on You Tube that were far easier to follow. Perhaps MF could include a link to these in their email communications as I found them by chance.

I love the reformer. It is great quality and reassured to know if I need parts in the future from Modern Fitness it should be a seamless experience.

Putting this multi gym together a complete nightmare the instructions are not easy to follow very confusing took me all day to assemble but it was worth it because it’s very solid and works great customer service was good kept me informed about delivery stages took a week to get to me but overall very pleased with multi gym and running machine thanks

Great product, fast and reliable delivery.

The order was processed quickly and the multigym would have been delivered within 2 working days had I been available. The multi gym was delivered at a convenient day for me. It was delivered by a friendly helpful delivery guy. I have constructed the gym with assistance from my wife (it took approx 5 hours), the instructions are not the easiest to follow and would benefit from an order to build rather than just trying to follow the diagrams particularly when fitting the cables and pulley wheels. This could be enhanced by photos of critical areas. Now complete it looks good and hopefully will give years of good service.

Excellent service great product

The service was good. The delivery was quick. The device is great but it came with no assembly instructions. Furthermore there were no instructions for the Bluetooth or screen. I managed to figure out the app it was meant to connect to, but that app thought it was a bike. But for the price, overall it is great.

I recently bought a Pilates Ladder Barrel from Modern Fitness UK. I had never bought from them before and there were no trust pilot reviews so I was a bit apprehensive but pleasantly surprised. My order arrived quickly and is a good quality piece. So I’m leaving this review for anyone else who is thinking of buying from them 👍
