Trades heavily on its name

Trades heavily on its name, location, and history… can feel very hit-or-miss depending on the room you get and the carpets in hallways are untracked and faded. More modern facilities top notch.
They lag behind modern luxury standards. Forgot vanity case from car parked by concierge. Took over an hour to get and room service food was shocking. Breakfast also disappointing.
The attitude of staff was top notch but the place itself doesn’t justify its once fine reputation.

Exellent cervise

Exellent cervise, very friendly employees who helped us with the parking solutions and then wegot a clean room with a very nice view! I have already recommended this hotel - ceep doing the good job.
