We recently used Modernise Your Stairs and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. Chad did the online quote and spoke to us and explained the process - he was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all the processe, without any pressure. Shane then visited to complete the technical specifications, and his attention to detail gave us real confidence that everything would be done to the highest standard. Finally, Josh carried out the fitting and did an absolutely fantastic job. His craftsmanship was excellent, he worked efficiently, and he left everything clean and tidy when he was finished.
The transformation of our stairs has completely lifted the look of our home—it feels like a brand new space. We were impressed by the professionalism of the whole team, the smooth communication throughout, and the quality of the final result.
