I would like to say big THANK YOU,Moderno for amazing service! We bought a big sofa 1 year ago and in one place the material started to break up. I reached Moderno and they sugested to replace the part, but instead of that they just brought brand new sofa 😁 Delivery guys was super helpfull, they took old sofa and helped with moving new one inside 🙏 Definatelly I will buy from this company again!!! You care about your clients and we are super happy for that! THANK YOU!!!

At the end- everything turned out good

We ordered a sofa and ended up not being happy with a few things (the pillows arrived dirty, the part that opens the bed was quite difficult to operate, etc.).
After reaching out to Moderno, they offered several options such as delivering a brand new sofa at no charge, a partial refund for the issues we reported, or arranging a re-delivery. We decided to go with a refund.
I have to say - everything we were promised was fully delivered, but the customer service was a bit slow.
I reached to them 28.10. and they did a refund 5.12.
So that's why I'm giving only 4 stars. They will help you, but you really have to chase them :)
Also I have to highlith that they were maximally oriented to find the best solution for us, even "thinking and going outside of the box". Highly appreciate that. Not sure if I'm allowed to mention names, but thanks to Mac... for turning everything into the best positive outcome.
So, overall I had a good experience and everything turned out well.

Quality does not live up to…

Quality does not live up to expectations.
I had a good experience with customer service - I was worried the bed would be delivered while i was away, but they helped to schedule the delivery on a date that was suitable for me.
But i am very disappointed with the quality of the bed. I bought a junior seng BØRNESENG I HVID OG GRØN - TOG (90 X 190 cm) in July but just got it assembled hence the review now (Order no. EXMWNIPAA 2024-07-01). For the price, i expected something stable and of good quality. However, the quality of this bed does not live up to expectations. It is so weak and wobbly, even my 2 and half year old can break it. The picture on the company website is not fully respresentative of how the bed turns out after assembly. On the hidden part, i expected the rail went all the way up from the bottom of the bed, but no, it starts somewhere in the middle and leaves a space, and it is so wobbly and weak made of cheap wood. The model was not available in the showroom to see before purchase and the company only gives 30 days right of return. What a waste of money!! I regret buying from this company.

Very good End to End Experience with Good Products

From the moment of giving the order until the delivery, all stages of my order were transparent and on time. I liked my tv bord, the material and the design is very good. The only challenging part was the building instructions, which is relatively a small challenged compared to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend Moderno.dk !

Had the best experience

I was initially skeptical about this company when I saw so many negative reviews. But I went with my instincts and I am right... Amazing service and ontime delivery (though they had sent the wrong pillows and later corrected the same). Overall my experience has been exceptional. I need to still see the quality of the sofa after 2 years time. (order number SAFAWHGAR)

Not worth the money

We bought a TV cabinet and it was the hardest thing we've had to assemble as the instructions were really poorly done, the paper was missing ink in some places and it was impossible to tell what parts to use where sometimes. I'm pretty sure we are even missing some screws.
But the worst part is that we were supposed to hang the cabinet on the wall by a loose screw (??!!), according to the instructions, and in reality if we pushed the cabinet a tiny bit the whole thing would fall off the wall. Impossibly poor design and the whole thing feels cheap, although we paid 1600 dkk for it. I wish I bought ikea instead.

You haven't supplied any info, that I'd be able to track your order by, and I'm assuming that you didn't contact our customer service team at all (please tell me if you have).

If you got a poorly printed assembly instruction, we would be happy to send you a pdf version, also, I'd like to explain that probably it's already in your email, since all manuals are attached to the order confirmation.

In regards to the wall mount, we do offer other mounts, and we will happily send you the alternative version, if needed.

Please state your order number, and I'll be happy to assist with any problem, you might have during assembly or hanging.

6 Months _ Half Delivery

So this is a second feedback I am writing here for the company. Bed ordered in April, until now i.e. September a missing part has not been delivered. Every week just a fake message that order has been sent be available at home and then a call that truck is met with accident or part is misplaced and many such reasons.

Never seen an unprofessional company like this stay away would be the message.

Not to mentioned they are good in email replying but not with finding a solution. They will always be polite with saying sorry but have no solution to offer.

If you want to solve a puzzle and to own a decent low quality furniture I would STRONGLY suggest to buy from IKEA or JYSK or any other company rather than Moderno. At least everyone else have a better support service and a better delivery time.
They advertise themselvs with "fast delivery" from 3 to 5 working days, yet my TV stand that I ordered arrived after 3 weeks and, of course, I got the wrong packages. Customer support simply isn`t there since you have only a 3 hours a week possibility to call their office and during weekdays you can email them and, it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours to respond to you, which of course means that just for 2-3 emails it can take a whole week or even more. I am on week 5 and I`m not even close on having what I have paid for.
I hope this doesn`t happen to you and I hope my experience with Moderno will help you in making the right decision.

I bought a bunk bed for the summer…

I bought a bunk bed for the summer house,and waited over a month to receive it. So I paid some Polish guys to build it for me. They have a lot of experience doing this work. Ever since they started to building it, the wood has already started to split.The quality is very poor. Worse than I thought... I've thrown my money in the bin! I sent them an e-mail and photos complaining and after 3 days I received a reply saying "I’m sorry. I will pass it on the claims department". after a week I didn’t heard anything back. Where is the customer service? This would never happen if I bought it at Ikea or Jysk. And I'm talking about cheap places.
It takes less than five minutes to shop at Moderno.dk
After that it's only stress!

I submitted my order on May 20

I submitted my order on May 20, 2024, and was told it would be delivered within 10 days. However, I still haven't received it. I have contacted customer service four times, but each time they respond with the same message: "Your order is waiting for delivery. I will contact the logistics department to speed up the delivery. We will send you an SMS with the exact delivery date and time 1-2 days before arrival. The delivery must be confirmed or declined by clicking on the link in the text message." It seems they are not making any effort to check on my order or provide real assistance. This company shows no respect for its customers and fails to keep its promises
