Big fraud !!!!

Hy ….i have made an order in 30 November , and still now I didn’t receive it …my order was planed to get deliver in 07. February, I was accept the deliver , but not order ….in the morning I get a call from your customer service , to tell me that they can’t find my order …this is too crazy what is heapend here ..you newer can reach the customer service , I already sendet many emails but not answer from nobody …I want all my refund back to can make a new purchase from trusted company, newer from moderno …my order number Order reference HDPPOMODF……

Very nice! I have a wardrobe!

This review is a result of a very clever marketing. Follow up email with photos is something unique and touching you don't always see in automated, boring emails bragging for 5 stars trustpilot review. Kudos for that!
Regarding the product – I’m happy with my wardrobe from Moderno that I ordered for about a year ago. Good polish 🇵🇱 quality 👌🏼

You didn't tick the box "recieve order status sms", so that's the reason for you not recieving any updates.

The only order update that you have is your email, and there's the planned week number, and we are on schedule.

I can happily tell you that your order has happily made it's way to our main warehouse, and we will be delivering to you probably the end of this week, or the next one. You will recieve a notice of the planned day and timeslot a few days prior.

A good choice to buy futnitures for your home

From the time order is placed til receiving it all went smooth. I was timely intimated and informed.

The delivery was best part you get heavy furniture right inside your home where you want. That's a great service and free of cost. The guy carried it alone I asked to help but he said he can do himself. So strong he was I wasn't able to move it a cm also.

Because of non availability of telephone support I was sceptical but it went on to be a good experience. I will update the review about product quality once the bed gets assembled.

Today the bed was installed and here is the feedback. The bed quality was ok. It got damaged two places while installing when installation was executed by a person experienced in doing assembly works and is a handyman. It was because of quality and at one place it is on the visible side. There was no numbers or markings on the parts so to put together took double the time it should take and therefore double the cost I had to pay to the person.

No phone support and anywhere to reach in case of issue makes the whole process bit frustrating.

Reclamation department washed hands saying it is fault of person who fixed the bed.

I have ordered the beding and I hope it will be good. I will update my review after I receive it.

Not bad but not great

Its not bad but it not great either. The design is a little rough compared to the picture, the materials are at best the same as ikea ( maybe a little worst then ikea) , prices are higher then ikea. If i would of been aware this order made in poland, as it was shipped from poland, i would of bought from ikea instead

40+ days and still waiting on my order

I have ordered a wall bed on 3rd of December 2023. I was told it will arrive on 1st week of 2024 and still no word or update on delivery date. Also it seems that I will pay my first bill with Resurs Bank with no product in my house. Incredible!

Not quite on top of things

I ordered quite a few items - all of them showed fast delivery except for the corner shelves. I was informed that everything will be shipped by the later time instead of the fast shipping because of the corner shelves. This was fine with me, however, when the items arrived, the corner shelves were missing. So I wait extra time to receive everything at the same time yet the item that created the delay is missing. I contacted Modern and after a few days I learned that the corner shelves were discontinued (they are still appearing on the website). Since I had placed the order prior to the item being discontinued I was hoping that my order would still be honored but that was not the case. The customer service representatives I talked to were all very nice but they didn't know that the corner shelves have been discontinued so it took a few days for them to get back to me and let me know what was going on. The quality of the furniture items is decent for the price.

Do not ever order from them

I have ordered few things from them like a sofa and some tabels. some of them had 10 days delivery time and others where supposed to be delivered first week of 2024. None of them where delivered in time. When i called to complain they said is a mistake from the producer in Poland.Instead of trying to hurry up delivery they wanted to give me back my money afyer waiting 2 months for the products. Bad company

advise against purchasing

Hello, I am very dissatisfied with the purchase and, above all, with the contact with the customer service office, we purchased the bathroom furniture in July 2023, at the end of the month after returning from vacation, we assembled it and installed it in the newly renovated bathroom, after less than 2 months of use the wooden casing the sink began to swell, we contacted the customer service office via email on October 16, 2023, after a short email exchange, the contact ceased and so far there has been no response to our complaint. Unfortunately, the MODERNO customer service telephone office is open only once a week, if I remember correctly, but after repeated attempts to contact me, the answering machine answered each time with information about when the office was open. Complete embarrassment and lack of professional service, furniture of very poor quality, I definitely do not recommend it and even advise against purchasing it

Bad experience with bed purchase

I bought a bed from them. The wood panel inside was broken within 4 months of the purchase. After several attempts of complaining they sent the another part of the bed. Again that new part of bed was broken within 6 months. The wood panel they have used its not a good quality at all. I try to contact again but they haven't even responded my email. This is not the first time, I bought a child bed also and it was also not good quality and they even forgot to send a part of the wood for the bed. It was very bad quality bed. I don't recommend this Moderno. Waste of money.

Awful quality!!

Awful quality!!! The worst cupboard ever! It arrived after more than 3 weeks and the assembly part was simply awful, wrong numbers on diagram, quality is even worse. I strongly recommend you to stay away from that shop at all costs. Not worth the money!!!
