We didn’t have enough time inbetween shipments to reorder. You kept going back to original order and filled it instead of most recent one. No one wants the original order refilled, they were trying them out on that order! You should have renewed most recent if we didn’t get order in on time

Can’t cancel orders and chicken is terrible

Healthy food choices for my condition, and I am grateful for your commitment to improving lives through diet, and improving our earth through recycling.

Most of the meals are quite flavorful and easy to transport on my trips. They are a lifesaver when I have to work late and need something nutritious to eat.

The packages arrived with ice melted and food no longer good which may be a UPS issue, I am not sure.

I enjoy the food, but the plastic needs to be cut off the tray with a knife on more than 75% of the meals. It’s very inconvenient and messy!

Portion sizes are small and the plastic film is very hard to pull off the meals

I Ordered meals from modify health. Not pleased So far the chicken with mashed garlic potatoes. Was reconstituted abd runny no garlic. Chicken was ok. String beans held up. The next one I had was the chicken curry bland the forbidden rice was just gross. I am not going to order from them. I still have more meals to review. I threw out the chicken curry dinner. It was not tasty at all Iove curries I will not ever order from them again dont fall for what you see online. I just through out the other meals

The meat was good… The vegetables not so good

very delicious food! reasonable price because i only eat one meal per day, with a small yogurt breakfast! I bought a small microwave just for this wonderful plan! so healthy too, with great options, even steak and pot roast!!!

I enjoy having worry-free meals on hand. They’re delicious. It’s a help to have many to choose from so I can mix it up from week to week. They are packaged so well and I really appreciate how well I am informed about the arrival date and time. I’d highly recommend anyone with SIBO, like me, to at the very least try Modify Health meals. Well worth it!

Ingredients listed are missing in meals.
Many times too much pepper or spice.
My complaints I thought were being addressed, apparently not.

I’m really enjoying the food from Modify Health, it has all ready healed my digestive issues that I was having.
It has also helped with my sugar cravings that I always had after eating a meal.

So far everything has tasted great and I've lost some weight! Only "criticism " is that on occasion the meat has been a little tough. But all in all, I've been pleased.

The food is very good but I am not to thrilled about all the packaging that comes with it, I understand that you need to keep it fresh and cool but it seems to be a lot.

I was supposed to be getting food from Mom's Meals so I have no idea how I ended up with this company through my insurance but let me tell you about how they turned my Friday night into a complete sh..t show... Arrived after 9pm 2 boxes delivered from a company I did not ask for. Packed with so much empty space inside that half of them had flipped upside down. Very strange that the ice pack was still frozen but every meal was completely thawed and mushy and the seal had leaked on several.For some reason every meal had all ingredients chopped up like through the blender? WTF? I guess for some reason maybe they didn't think I had any teeth maybe? To top it off I left orders with the people Well care contracted with which is Honeybee helpers that I absolutely do not eat chicken but everything in the packages said chicken. Imagine that... I'm sorry but I also agree that most of these reviews that say how good the food is has to be fake reviews.Theres no way I believe them after my experience on my very first order being such a complete Sh..tshow. It's a good thing they were closed for the weekend because I was so furious I would have said things I may regret. Oh and I had to figure out how to dispose of 2 large boxes full of thawed out mush food and huge gell cold packs since I only get 1 trashcan weekly so I had to go after dark and search for a dumpster and remove my name from the boxes and dump them hoping to not get caught. And I just got an email saying another shipment will be arriving in 3 days... Lovely, If I'm home I will refuse it. Do better Modify Health! Try harder...

They have yet to send the food I ordered. They do send food that is inedible. I have received their breakfast eggs sausage meal and tried it twice..both times led to dysentery. Most of their food tastes stale or like cardboard.
Customer service is horrible. When I contacted them to complain about the meals they sent, they would not replace the meals or take them back. They said I should fill out my order sooner (I filled it out within an hour of notification). They still billed my insurance company.

TK/DR: the food tastes terrible, isn’t that healthy and their customer service sucks

Getting the swing of things of what is health and wellness, Victoria is a nice associate to not give up on the transition as well. She helped me connect shipping strategies that may restrict some to try programs that really impact our lives one day a time. Thanks Victoria I really needed that.

Wonderful staff both helpful and considerate. Meals are good and portions are perfect!
