The return policy is not working
The return policy is not working. You can’t return items since it’s very hard to contact modoo. Kept a product which is too small, o-contact possibility. I will NOT recommend this company.

Bad quality Chinese products & Unprofessional customer service
If possible, I want to give 0 star. This is not a Dutch company. They sell cheap and low quality Chinese products with absurd price. I asked for the refund before it was shipped, but they ignored my request and later they said to me that they cannot give me refund since they lost the parcel, which does not make sense at all. Later they suddenly said the parcel is on the way, which took almost 1 month, unlike what they wrote in the website. I asked for the return form but they just keep ignoring. They might think that using some emojis makes them look kind and considerate, which in fact makes them look more unprofessional and not serious about their business. Never buy anything from here!
