I bought a dress for my prom which looked beautiful but sadly didn’t fit. I got amazing service via email. Whenever I had a question I emailed them and got an answer right away. When sending the dress back I got amazing help from the Modsele team and even tho the dress still didn’t arrive at their location I got the refund since they didn’t want to make me wait so long. Over all absolutely amazing! Great experience and I would order again anytime.

We ordered my daughter’s homecoming dress from this company. In the picture online, their dress looked exactly like the twice as expensive dress she tried on here, so we gave it a shot. When we received the dress, it looked nothing like what their picture online presented. It was cheaply made and the measurements were way off. Now, I read their return policy prior to purchase, sent pictures of what we received vs. what they advertised and they are making the return process almost impossible with their 3 day time limit back to China. No return label, restricted carriers that we can use. If it doesn’t get returned within 3 days, we can keep the dress and get a 30% refund. No thank you! I want my full refund for this junky dress that took a month or better to get here.

I ordered a dress for my girlfriend on the 12th of May. It is May 29th as I am writing this and I have not received any sort of shipping information. I contacted customer service about shipping information and received a very basic "sorry for the wait and we will let you know as soon as it ships" type of answer. Still no actual shipping information. I am not impressed and I won't be buying anything from this site in the future.

My daughter wanted this dress for prom. The standard sizes were too big. I messaged Wendy and asked how much she would charge for a custom size. She immediately responded saying no additional charge. I sent her my daughter's measurements and within 2 weeks we received her dress. It fit her PERFECTLY!!! This was her dream dress! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and for the beautiful dress!

We were skeptical to order from a site we weren't familiar with, but it turned out to be great. Wendy was great to communicate with. I did pay for expedited shipping and our dress arrived in 10 days probably? The color was as described. My daughter is thrilled. And we saved $600 compared to a similar dress she found in store! (We're in Ohio, the dress was ordered for a Junior Prom...my daughter is a size 00 and the smallest size fit great)

This dress is absolutely stunning. It fits perfectly, is exactly as pictured in the listing, and took about the estimated time to make and shipping was incredibly fast. I didn't want to take it off when I tried in on! I seriously makes me feel like a million bucks and the price cannot be beat. I cannot wait to wear this in March to a prom! I hope to add a photo soon!

Dress was made beautifully and she kept in contact with me the whole time and was able to get it 3 days before my dance, even though I kind of ordered it last minute. Would highly suggest buying a dress from her!

This dress arrived just in time, and was even more beautiful than the picture. My new favorite dress. Can't wait to wear it for senior prom.

This dress is awesome! The beading and embroidery is very well made and it made me very excited to wear it :). Not only that, but the seller was very nice and answered all of my questions very fast! Will definitely buy from this seller again!

This company is illegally using images of me in a Dear Cleo dress and trying to make money off those images by selling it as one of their dresses. Neither Dear Cleo nor I gave permission. Essentially they take photos illegally offline and pretend to sell you what’s in the photo but send something different. I know this because my photo was stolen and because Dear Cleo has confirmed they do not work with this company so the Dear Cleo dress in my picture isn’t what’s actually for sale.

They are in violation of US Copyright and I am contacting an international attorney to get compensation.

ordered my dress march 1st paid for 7-10 day shipping and still have not received my dress. messaged Wendy a week ago and she said she was working to get it shipping and has still not been shipped and now she won’t answer.

i ordered my dress on april 4th and i paid for 3-5 day shipping and i still haven’t received a tracking number and my prom is in a few days. i would like this dress to be sent bc i would love to wear it for my prom.

Do NOT order from this company. It’s a total scam!! We finally received the dress after waiting for 15 days. Horrible fabric!! The beads are glued on and falling off. They packaged the prom dress in this really small package so the dress looks awful!! I sent them a message that I want to return it and Wendy replies that she needs photos to know why I want to return to the dress. They only give you 3 days to return it but they keep coming back with another excuse. Im so tried of these scammers!!! This is a lesson learned. Don’t order anything unless it’s from a company like Macys. These companies on the internet are always changing there names so beware!! Don’t risk buying from them because you might end up not getting a dress on time, or you won’t get a refund

I'm giving it two stars just for customer service, because Wendy, who is the person I contacted, was very nice. Dress does not look anything like the one seen in the photo on the web. The fabric is a very inferior quality. The cut pattern of the dress is not the same and not even the color is the same. They tell you that if you send the measurements, they customize it to your needs and it is totally false. Also I think they are used to complaints because when we complained they didn't seem to care.

My daughter ordered a dress and it was not like the picture, poor quality and scratchy fabric. I emailed customer service to get return address to send dress back. When we got to DHL shipping they said they needed more shipping and customs information than what was provided. I emailed customer service Wendy and she said she would give us a full refund but then never did. This company cannot be trusted.

They were good on getting back to me on sizing. But after ordering and everything they will not email me back!! I paid for 3-5 days shipping and we have yet to see the dress!! I

Order #1652. Ordered march 1st, paid for 7-10 day shipping. Still have not received my order. They never sent me a tracking number. I will be cancelling my order if I’m not replied back to by tomorrow.
