Ordered from here after reading other reviews. Measured my daughter for a dress, it fit perfectly and Wendy responded to all of my messages promptly. Extremely helpful and love the product, such a beautiful dress.

I bought a prom dress from here. It took a month to arrive. When it came it did not look the way I was hoping. Returns were a nightmare. Ended up keeping the dress because it was going to be $280 to ship it back. Overall very unimpressed and a scam for those returning.

I will buy from Modsele again! We placed our order and got an email from them the next day confirming the size. They asked for her measurements and custom sized the dress for free. We were skeptical at first, but this dress is very good quality for the price. This took a little over 4 weeks to get in. For custom fitting, that is great timing. Just plan ahead.

I ordered 2dresses on January 22nd. I still haven’t heard anything on them, paid extras to get them in 3-5 days and all I hear from you is give us a review.

I am very happy with my purchase. The dress came exactly how it is advertised. Delivery was fast and the customer service was great. I recommend!

Although I have not received my order yet, the customer service has been great. Can't wait to see my daughter's dress in a few weeks!

I still do not have the dress !! I paid for 7-10 day shipping and it has been that time and I have not received the dress and haven’t had a email in response to my email asking when it would be shipped

Wendy has been prompt to reach out and respond to my emails. She has been very helpful, direct and honest.

I was a little nervous when I first purchased but the dress is amazing and came within 2 weeks.

I ordered a pink dress from them! I waited about 3-4 weeks for it to come in, then emailed the company asking where it is. They emailed back saying it was out or stock, would have never known if I didn’t email. I then emailed back asking for the same dress in different color or a refund. They never answer me about my refund or the dress. Complete Scam !!!!!!!!! Do NOT buy from this website!!!!!!!

After I placed my order, I received an email asking of the correct color and size and wanting to know the date of the event. I was assured that it would be there before then. The order was placed January 4th and the item was received January 10th. Great customer service and fast shipment!!!

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s formal 12/29 and received a follow up email from Wendy to confirm size which I appreciated. I paid $29.99 for express shipping as my daughter’s event is 1/15. I expressed my concern for a timely delivery to Wendy who assured me my purchase would arrive in time for the event. On 1/3 I emailed to inquire about arrival time as I had not yet even received notification that the purchase shipped. I was told that there is an 8-10 day processing time in the warehouse which I did not see anywhere when I made the purchase. I did then receive notification that the purchase had been shipped but when tracked it gave an estimated arrival of 1/12 which is 13 days from when I ordered. I was also told that this was due to the Chinese New Year of January 1-3. My understanding is that the Chinese New Year is celebrated in February. Anyway, that’s not totally relevant, but when I pay for 3-5 day shipping I expect the purchase in that time frame from ordering. I asked for a customer service number so I could further discuss this with someone in person and have not yet gotten a response to that request.
