Update!
It turns out that the company had a wrong phone number so that they could not reach out to us. They had delivered the shipment even before the promised date. The delivery company didn't distribute our shipment for more than two weeks because of the same problem (they needed my number to make a termin for delivery). The employee who called me from the company, she was very friendly and convinced me that they tried really hard to reach us. The reason they did not respond to our e-mails that they have had a new software system and tons of e-mails to answer. Still, my suggestion to the company would be to ensure that they both have e-mail addresses and phone numbers to be provided when the customers place an order so that they can communicate via correspondence even when they cannot communicate via phone. It seems i will receive the delivery next week and will make another evaluation as a feedback once i have them.
NOTE: If you want to return the products (if you don't like or changed your mind), be aware that you are the one to cover the transportation costs which is approximately 100 EUR as I was told, it is maybe because I live Austria, and this is an international post. Before shopping from this company, this is an issue you should consider and clarify. Such topics must be more clear on the website. I hope i will like the stuff and won't have to make a return.
