Incredible products! Simply the best accessories for your iPhone. I recently purchase the Snap Phone Case, Phone Stand & Wallet, and the Tripod Stand. The products are very well made and the items arrived earlier than expected.

I spent £88 on this system, the phone case, lanyard and the stand. I purchased on 9 Jan. I didn't attached the lanyard until 3 weeks ago.
I bought this system as they said its durable.
Last night the lanyard dropped from my body, luckily I caught my phone in time.
The anchor for the lanyard had ripped off and the other side is half ripped off. I don't use excessive force or anything, just wear it across my body.
To spend £88 and 3 weeks later this to happen, I am fuming, if I had been outside and hadn't caught it it could've damaged my phone screen if the phone had fallen screen first onto a stone or something similar.
I had contacted customer service today, and hope to get a response, but upon reading other reviews they dont like to refund, so I suspect I will have to go further with this.
Customer Service is a nightmare, product is a horrible and the company is predatory.
Customer Service is a nightmare. They have a product with this large of a margin - and they can't engineer a replacable adhesive? Then say that their policy is they can't return something that has been attached? Literally predatory. Consumer protection laws in the US will 200% catch up with them.

In fact, the non-reusable nature of the adhesive has been clearly explained on the product page (you may refer to the images below). I kindly ask you to read carefully to ensure that your rights are respected and protected.
I do not agree with the negative approach towards our after-sales service and policies - escalating the matter to the Internet is a wise move. This not only consumes your valuable personal time but also does not lead to a resolution of the issue.
If you still wish to return the product, please let me know which items you need to return. I will do my best to ensure that your rights are protected to the maximum extent.
Please understand that, before this, I am not fully aware of which products you want to return. In your initial communication, you mentioned returning "two of them," but you purchased three sets of Flip Laptop Phone Mount and Magnetic Rings and a single Flip Laptop Phone Mount. In my first email response, I just wanted to confirm if the "two" you wanted to return were still unused. Even if you have used one, and we declined the return of that specific product, it still complies with your initial request to return two items. As there is a contradiction here, I need to confirm with you again which product you actually want to return.

Snap iPad Case & Stand Adhesive Failure
Bought a Snap iPad Case & Stand for £72 on Feb 23. By October 23, the self-adhesive backing (which attaches to the iPad to make it stand) failed, thus, the iPad can no longer stand.
Contacted Customer Service. 5 days later they said they could do nothing about it. They suggested I buy a new adhesive Snap Tablet Sticker, at £9.
So basically, in my experience, every 6-7 months I need to spend £9.
Can't recommend Moft in any shape or form. Avoid
Don’t Be Fooled
I proudly used this product for a year, even buying cases and wallets as gifts for others. My case and wallet have fallen apart and I contacted them to ask if this was normal. They didn’t give me much answer, but sent a discount code.
It’s been over 25 days since my replacement order was placed with that discount code(20% off). I inquired about delivery, since it was supposed to arrive in 5-10 days, and have received no reply aside from being told delivery actually takes 20 days. Their tracking for orders is barely functional, and at this rate I don’t know if I’ll receive the product at all. My order was roughly $94. I don’t know what changed, my past experiences weren’t like this, but I won’t be buying from them again.

I emailed and emailed their customer support moft.us to no response.
I eventually posted on their Facebook page to try and shame them, which initially worked, but despite stating the non-response they directed me to the same email or Facebook messenger (which I am still getting no response from)
Perfect customer service
Besides the long waiting for the article’s availability (which was transparent) I had an awesome experience with the customer support. My orderd powerbank wasn’t satisfactory to me. The support answers were really quick and they really wanted to understand the issue and fix it. They even reviewed videos I sent them. The issue could not be fixed but they offered a very customer centric solution.
Non-existant customer service! Literally!
Non-existant customer service, literally! I ordered the wrong item by mistake and wanted to return it and get the right one. I´ve emailed over five times with no response, I tried contacting them via Facebook and I even tried calling the number on their website, which isn´t connected. It´s impossible to get a hold of anybody at MOFT US.
Great Ideas, Poor Execution
I purchased Moft's newly launched Snap Laptop Phone Holder. The product is supposed to hold an iPhone 12/13, allowing it to nest alongside a laptop display. Long story short, it doesn't work. Within a few days of receiving it, I flagged the problem with Moft via their customer support portal. The result was poor assistance and lax responses, spread over an almost three-week period. After submitting footage of the faulty product to Moft and sending multiple emails (with only a few answered), I had to resort to PayPal resolution center. Moft sent a groveling apology after PayPal took care of the problem. It's a shame, as I've purchased several Moft items in the past, but after this, I'm done with them as a company.
BE SMART AVOID BUYING FROM THEM
Order #106378 was placed on Nov 17th with no receipt as of Dec 6th leads me to believe MOFT is not a serious company to do business with. Since Jimge failed to respond to my latest question sent 2 days ago about this order I have filed a claim with Paypal and expect a full refund to my account. Taiwan Post has no record of the AWB I was given nor any receipt of the order. According to 4px which you use for logistics advise that "maybe" it is "stuck in transit" or "stuck in customs" which is the usuaL excuses used by Chinese freight providers. I know them well. If this order was coming from the US to Taiwan then I could understand the potential delays but that is not the case. It was allegedly coming from Guangzhou China to Taiwan which is a 1 hour 45 minutes flight time.
MOFT will need to respond to Paypal about this claim. If the package ever arrives I will not sign for it if required and refuse it. Placing this order with you was a total waste of my time and my stupidity for not first checking the many websites in Taiwan that were cheaper than what I was charged for dealing with you wasting time chasing you for the order with 12 emails to date.
I now know why you have a 55% bad rating on the consumer website Trustpilot which I will be posting my review this weekend and 6 complaints on Better Business Bureau which I will be #7 complaint this weekend as well.
Really not a fan of Moft
Really not a fan of Moft. I ordered my moft phone stand and wallet on October 18th. The website at the time said pre-order until October 16th so I thought it might be a bit but seeing as it was past the pre-order date, I was expecting pretty fast shipping. 1 week goes by and I Emailed them after seeing no progress on my order past “order processes”. They apologized and said that I should see my item shipped before the end of October.
November 1st comes around and I email again. This time they apologized, offered a $5 refund, and said they would prioritize my order in shipping it out. Another week goes by and I still only see “order processing”. I email again and they give me a $3 refund (instead of the $5 refund) and assure me I should get my package any day now.
I finally get my wallet/stand almost exactly a month after ordering it and it is way more blush pink than the picture shows. I was expecting more of a “nude”. Overall, VERY disappointed by product and customer service and now if I want to return it, I have to pay for shipping.

This was such a huge disappointment. I purchased the iPad Pro cover buddy and tablet stand bundle from Moft. It took over two weeks for the package to arrive, mostly because they took over a week just to ship it out initially. It wasn’t even a holiday, but this is the slowest delivery I’ve had in years. The case feels and looks a lot thinner and more flimsy than what I have seen in videos. In fact one entire side, the left side of the ipad, isn’t covered at all by the case! It does works with the magic keyboard but it feels like such flimsy cheap plastic I don’t think it provides any real protection compared to other ipad cases. The tablet stand is a cool idea but so poorly made. The instructions were completely wrong too. It states you attach the magnetic patch with the sticky side to the tablet stand itself. I did this and the magnet was so weak it wouldn’t stay attached to the ipad at all. I then reversed it, attaching the sticky side to the cover buddy case and trying to use the Stand and that does work…. Barely. Though it offers 6 different angles most of them are extremely unstable and the ipad barely stands up on it’s own if you use an angle where the stand is too far to the right. You can adjust it because it is just held in place by the magnet, but it doesn’t really do much and can block the camera at that point. Finally the worst part is the tablet stand cannot be attached to the ipad cover buddy and use the magic keyboard. This is extremely annoying as now the tablet stand is an extra separate piece I have to carry around instead of being integrated into the case like other cases manage to do. Overall I am extremely disappointed with both of these products. I feel I would have been better off going with another case on amazon that is much cheaper than the $65 I paid for these. It would have arrived a lot sooner too.

The way that this company does business is basically scamming people
The way of this company doing things includes lying to customers, fake promises, stalling, got the payment but never sent the product out even after thousands of emails. And also ignoring my emails for demanding my product I paid for to just be shipped out. If you buy their products, man you are so screwed cuz it takes forever till you forget you purchased it to be sent out or probably never. Basically a scam company I’d say. Look at all the bad ratings. If you are a smart person you know what you gotta do. Walk away and don’t let them scam your money away.

your product need to deliver over 2 months. I am just received the product on 22 Oct 2021 and too thin material making the product filling not reliable.
Bad quality and support
Bad quality. The glue for the bottom of the stand came undone after a few months, making the wallet unstable and unusable. Customer service was also poor as they delayed a response to my request, auto deleted the request when they failed to respond in 3 days then gave a canned response with here is a coupon code.
