Their nails are excellent quality! I highly recommend buying a set with the 10-day nails essentials full kit as the deal is very much worth it. In addition, I have had good experiences with customer service, so overall I am pretty satisfied with their products and brand.

The 10 day lash glue is the BEST! This is the only glue that has worked for me. My lashes stay put and the glues does not stay tacky (like other brands). I am able to get more longevity out of my lashes using this glue.
As a matter of fact, buying more so I never run out today.

Lashes are cute and full and easy to apply on!

After ordering two nail sets on Oct. 31 and receiving nothing, I asked for a refund on Dec. 5, today is Dec. 20 and I’m still waiting.

I had purchased two starter kits and didnt get the primer in them like the previous kit I had ordered. She gave me code for 20% off and when I went in to place another order it didnt take the code. I have placed an order for another starter kit and a primer and she gave me $7.00 off the primer.

They were super helpful and answered my questions quickly and straightforward. With their help I was able so successfully apply the lashes!

Wonderful lashes. I purchased the kit that comes with 3 pairs. I chose the light glam. Went on vacation and they were perfect. They lasted a week for me due to lack of experience. But have 2 other pairs that I will be using for the Holidays. They really make my eyes and face stand out. Very happy with the product! Thank you!

I began using these lashes during the pandemic because I could no longer get salon extensions (which I have done for years). These lashes looked amazing, even better than the extensions (which I always got tons of compliments on!) and it was amazing that I could customize or change my look any time. I got even more compliments on these than the professional extensions at a fraction of the price. And I could finally dunk my head under water in the shower and at the beach without wrecking them. It sounds like an exaggeration but these are literally life changing. And the customer service is always exceptional. The few problems I have had with shipments or products they rectify immediately and follow up to make sure I’m happy. I’ll never go back to salon extensions.

I love the lashes! Great quality, great packaging. Customer service is always good. They go out of stock often so can be left having to wait awhile for new ones. Prices have gone up a bit, I hope not much more so they remain a cheaper option.

Overall I love the lashes and the company!

Add defintion to your eyes!
I have been appplying these lashes for over a year now. So many compliements these clusturs look like professional lash extensions! My makeup routine has become so simple. Most days the lashes alone are enough for me with some tinted moisturizer! I can wake up later for work and my friends hardly have to wait on me on the weekends as my whole routine takes only 15 minutes thanks to Moitie !

Service was great!! Everything came a bit later then it was suppose to. Little disappointed with the lack of communication wise it was gonna be late. But over all everything is perfect. Wish there was away to send in samples of the shape of a persons nails. Had to improvise with some of mine cause my nails are small!!! But again over all I love them!!!

I started using Moitie lashes about a year ago. I fell in love with them! There easy to apply on and you don’t have to put on mascara everyday added plus. Will be buying more soon.

I have tried these lashes snd now I’m a lash addict. Cannot say enough how much I love love the way it brings out my eyes. Everyone compliments me snd think they are my own.

Ok lets start off by saying that I am a mascara type of girl. But let me tell youuuu! I love these lashes homygosh! They look so NATURAL! I have small eyes so I cant put too much. But everyone gave me compliments. Like. EVERYONE. Only fell out twice but that’s because i yawn a lot so the inner corner fell out but thats fine. It held up the entire time, me washing my face and all. I do have to say though that i waited approx 2 days before I completely washed my face, but beyond that I’m happy. I bought more glue and stuff just so I dont run out. I have more lashes to use from the 3 sets sent. AND I BARELY LOST LASHES! Now thats the important part. My lashes were fine, but when I removed them i was like “eww I need my lashes back” lol. I’m a happy camper. The end lol. Just bye ok? You wont look like lambchops

Ordered my lashes on December 4th, and they arrived within 4 days. I had an issue with an item being mistakenly ordered and requested it to be removed as my order was still unfulfilled. Customer service handled the issue quickly and sent an updated purchase receipt. I have not applied the lashes yet but they look beautiful!

Grace did an excellent job handling the minor error in shipping, as well as my nit picking on color differences that occur between light sources, i.e. natural vs artificial. 😀 Anyway, I am very happy with my CSR, today and in the past. I have complete confidence in Moitie that all of my concerns will be addressed until resolution- whether I like it or not ÷)
