I absolutely love everything about this company! The products are great and the customer service was even better❤️ This was my first time buying and using 10-day lashes, I usually just use the typical glue and/or magnetic lashes but I do believe I have found a replacement! Thank you so so much Moitie ❤️❤️❤️

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a scam. I ordered 8/23 and didn’t receive until 10/12. On 9/22 I reached out asking to cancel my order (I ordered lashes for an event and I didn’t receive in time). They told me they couldn’t cancel my order (even though it hadn’t shipped). But they told me I could return once it was delivered. When I reached out for a return label, I was told I could not return because it was a promotional item. (I purchased a starter kit at a reduced price). I wish I would’ve checked other third party reviews before I ordered because they are excluding negative review on their own website which is super deceitful. I would advise everyone to not order from this company unless you want to lose your money.

[Update] the company responded to this review to say they "handled" the issue. This is incorrect. I still have an issue - they refuse to issue a return & refund, so I'm still out $60 and stuck with their product which I don't want.

Company forces most negative reviews to be deleted. So the statistics for their rating is severely inaccurate I posted a negative review complaining of the same things everyone else did waited for four months I didn’t say anything wrong but it was deleted for some odd reason twice. Nails don’t even look good they look cheap and bulky. There’s a simplified review compared to one I poured my heart into lol they also forgot one of the sets of nails in the order which I received maybe a month ago after waiting for four months and still haven’t received my other nails or a refund smh. Very unprofessional company. They should state that the items are on back order before you purchase them and that it wouldn’t be here in 2-3 days more like 4 months. any company who does not do this is extremely unprofessional. People should know how long they are expected to wait especially since multiple multiple multiple people have been waiting for items for months since this company first started just look at the comments. So if this is a new normal to wait this long why are they lying about shipping times?

I was slightly unsatisfied with the lashes I received only because they were too short for my natural lashes. I spoke with a representative and they were great! Willing to send me a new pair right away to try out! It was a great experience!

I ordered nails more than 2 months ago. Guaranteed ship date of September 10th and still haven’t even been shipped. All I’ve been given is excuses and false claims of “it’s on the way”. All the reviews on the website are fake or they do not show reviews less than 5 stars. Hundreds of 5 star reviews and ZERO 1-4 stars? Unlikely. I wish I read the actual reviews on Better Business Bureau and never ordered from this scammy company.

I am very happy with the way moitie cosmetics takes care of their customers. I’ve had the best experience with their customer service. Even though moitie is very busy and some products are always out of stock, I keep coming to them because this are the most beautiful lashes I’ll ever wear !

If I didn’t have to wait so long for my order I would’ve given 5 stars. Nails are custom and you can tell. Beautifully crafted. And Grace is an angel! She was very helpful and stayed in close communication with me until my order arrived and even thereafter to ensure I was satisfied. Now that what I call service. I hate the wait time to receive the order but all in all stellar company. If I ever want lashes or nails I’d definitely come back here before I go anywhere else.

The ladies are super helpful and ship partial orders so I don't have to wait long. They even replaced a wrong shipped order super fast and let me keep the wrong lashes !!!

UPDATE: So after writing this email. I got a msg from moitie about getting a refund. Im like "sure ill gladly take my money back". Six (6) days had past though and I never got a response back. So im like ok its been almost a week let send a msg to see how the refund is coming along. Cs rep Jocelyn responds back saying "unfortunately I don't see any email stating anything about a refund. Can you send a copy of that plz" oh I most absolutely can I have the email and name of said rep who sent that email. Of course she never responded when I asked when im getting my refund lmao.

I replied once more and another cs rep responded and assured my request for a refund would go through. Happy to say it sure did. Thank you moitie for honoring that I do appreciate it. I will update my stars to 3 stars because I've worn the mariposa nails for about a week now. They are definitely durable, strong and very pretty. I've gotten many compliments on the nails. Wish I had my influencer nails but oh well it is what it is. I unfortunately will not be a returning customer until they get their delivery affairs in order.

I don't even know where to start. So I guess I'll start from the beginning. I'm a first time buyer of moitie cosmetics. Saw their ads on snapchat and figured why not. Im a regular person, not an influencer or anything like that. I used my own cash that I worked hard for to purchase these items.

So I made a purchase 8/5/21. I ordered the full glam deluxe kit. The nail kit with the mariposa nails and the influencer nails. (It's 10/29/21 and I still don't have my last influencer nails I paid for). On the website it's says order in 3hours and get your purchase by Aug 16th. However the website fails to mention that the lashes are pre order (it says 4-6 weeks for nails though) but doesn't mention for lashes. Sooo then how am I going to get my items by the 16th of Aug then?🤔 so confused.

No matter I remain patient because I really wanted to try these lashes. The ad made it look so good and that was the problem. These ridiculous ads and ridiculous influencers lying about products. So corny😑. Anyways a week after purchase I contact cs and ask when will I receive my items. And they get back to me fairly quickly and I appreciated that.

However I soon came to realize that these cs reps are just typing out generic ass responses and apologies with no real action behind it. When I received my first purchase I believe it was 9/13 only received the nail kit and the mariposa nails. I was extremely upset because I was told by cs that the nail kit and lashes were coming. So I contacted cs again asking what happened. Now you have to understand at that time I was still forgiving, patient and understanding towards these ladies. Cs rep said oh you waited long enough and we didn't want to keep you waiting. Doesn't really matter though because I still have to wait.

On 9/27 I finally received my lash kit and let me tell you it was a fail. I know how to apply lashes, clusters, singles and strip. I can apply them on top of my lashes and beneath so getting these was not an issue. The issue was they did not last. Applied like I should every step and they lasted a day. ONE DAY! The bond was horrible it stuck to my lashes and clumped them together. It was disgusting and time consuming some of my actual lashes came off. The sealant if you can even call it that made the lashes hard and stiff. It was just a horrible mess. I spent almost two hundred dollars on a product that doesn't do what was advertised. Not to mention their so called Facebook community lmao is a joke. A complete joke. The minute you start talking crap about their products the so called moderators will delete comments. Their was so many women on my thread, complaining about deliveries and wanting monies returned and how this company doesn't honor money back. They kicked me out. I wasn't even the one talking crap lmao. I am now though.

And I'm still missing an item but at this point I don't care. I tried out the product it sucks. Cs reps suck. They spew out generic apologies that don't amount to anything. The company as a whole just needs to be thrown out into the garbage. The 1 star is for the lashes because they actually are very pretty. That's the best and nicest thing I can say about this company.

I enjoyed every bit of my lashes and got plenty of compliments I will be a continued buyer!

This was my first time using lashes! I try to keep my make up very natural and low cost. I tried Moitie's natural lashes and they lasted forever. This was exactly what I was needing since my whole goal of trying them was to decrease the time I spend on my makeup. I've been using them for a month now, and they stay on, my eye are not itchy, and honestly after using them for a while, I forget I have them on. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I waited over 7 weeks for my order after being lied to about it being shipped 3 times. When they arrived they didn’t last but 2 days. I asked to return them, and they said you can’t return used product. What about their 14 day happiness guarantee? Oh it must be the same lie as their 3-5 day shipping. I requested a refund through Paypal and they lied to Paypal saying I had “altered” the product so it wasn’t returnable. Don’t buy from them. There are much better products on the market. You don’t want this headache. It makes my blood boil.

I finally received a customer service rep.who actually cared! amazing customer service skills! MC is the reason I am.staying a customer!!

I’m giving this experience a 4 out of 5 star only because of how long the time it took my products to reach me, other than that the customer service was very helpful and would reply to me as soon as they can. 5 stars for customer service and products!

I would say this company will not disapoint when reached out to. They follow up to see if everything is well. I think that is admirable. The directions were easy to follow for the product and quality. Though the natural was too thick for my personal preference, I would like to try their other lashes.

The lashes are great, full and gorgeous but just not for me.

Amazing customer service! I didn’t mind the wait. I love that I had an agent; Jocelyn, that would update me or answer any questions I had the whole time. She was very sweet and it felt like she really cared. Quality product! I recommend these two people who do and don’t wear make up for a extreme beauty boost

The staff is phenomenal! The lashes are fabulous at a great price and they are there to guide you through the entire experience of your new fabulous lashes! Loveeeee them!💕🙌🏼⅕

If I could give these ladies more stars I would. I have had nothing but the BEST customer service and products are AMAZING!! They always check to make sure everything arrived on time, that I love the product and if there is anything else that I may need. The lashes I use are the New York style. They are so natural looking and I get compliments all the time for them. They even last longer than the 10 days; that may be because of how I take care of them and wash my eyes when I was wash my face. Will always get my lashes from here.

I'm terrible about remembering the names of the nails but I got the black square nails. I was shocked how easy it was to complete the set. I did have 2 nails come off on day 3,I repeated the process and no more issue. I had many compliments.

I had an issue with my order and I've never had a customer service rep so attentive and on top of things.

As for the lashes... don't be me... watch the videos.

I just placed my 3rd order from Moitié. Can't wait for my delivery.
