Customer Service wall and poor internal security
I have also had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Mojang / Minecraft account issues. 2 weeks no reply, gave them all necessary information. Unacceptable response time. Hire more staff.
Sick of companies that build up a wall yet dont improve any of their services.
Unable to sign in and they're not helping
I've seen some bad customer support, but don't get me started about Mojang.
For a charity stream I was supposed to play minecraft for 24 hours so I decided to get my old account back up and running. However, I'm unable to migrate my account due to their broken site so I had to contact their customer support. Boy oh boy I was in for a surprise... I gave them my username and transaction ID, briefly explained my problem and after 2 months I still have no 4ucking reply. All they do is reply with some useless automated email.
Once Mojang has your money, they clearly no longer care about you. + They ruined the 4ucking stream.
One thing's for sure, I am NOT buying Minecraft Dungeons or any other Mojang product as long as they don't fix their horrible customer support. This is unacceptable for such a big company under Microsoft.

They are honestly one the worst customer service organizations Ive ever encountered. It isnt simple enough to have the password reset but do actually that. No, they have to make sure that you are who you are and go through a whole 10-step process just to send you an email (2-3 weeks later) saying that you dont have an account with this email.... 8uck off Mojang, ive been playing Minecraft since alpha and you guys 8hit the bed when you got bought by Microsoft. 8ucking pathetic
Terrible support
My account was broken into and I got back into it very quickly and tried to get a hold of support to revert the changes made to the account but the automated system they have in place is useless and it's now been 2 weeks without any sign that they will do anything about the issue.

I believe someone has stolen my account, and all mojang support have done is send me automated emails about "common issues". No one has looked at my issue to help me restore my account. TWO MONTHS and counting!

1) Cant join friends realm without restarting my xbox 2-5 times first. Also was told that i could download MY WORLD onto realms. doesnt seem to be the case. Maybe it is? But wont show coordinates on bedrock realms so i guess ill never know. Absolute rubbish and even though its a free trial, i want to be reimbursed double.
Minecraft always has signing in issues.
Minecraft sort your lives out, so many people having signing in issues and trying unlink accounts but unable to do so to play a game that you want us to play. There are no forums where it tells you how to sort it. I mean what a time when everyone is on lockdown to have this problem. Sort it out, this is very unprofessional.

I am lost for words. The "customer support" being offered for Minecraft is the worst thing I have ever experienced.

I've been waiting on them to answer a ticket for 3 months. No response other than canned messages about issues that aren't even related to mine. Haven't even gotten an acknowledgement of the issue (Seriously, no message that says actually addresses my issue in any way) but now they keep closing my tickets without even giving me an answer.
They never answered in the first place, never said no, never told me it was something that couldn't be done, etc. They're just refusing to answer. I've had to open multiple tickets because I don't even know which ones are open or not.
Like others, my windows 10 code was apparently stolen during the transition and I've just been trying to get a replacement for 3 months.
Worst customer support ever.
Just making it 1 star because 0 is not possible. Got minecraft since 2011. I have transactional ID purchase, still the same email address like forever. Lost the access to my account during mojang account migration. Support teams will just spam me with automatic replies and instantly close all my cases. This is a shame. How can a company be bought > 2G$ and not staffing the support team accordingly. How convenient to make people buy the game twice instead of giving them immediate support and reactivity.

Honestly the worse company I have dealt with in terms of the fact they have such little respect towards their customers. My account was hacked and migrated, they have done nothing to help and have completely ignored my emails. They are a terrible company who cant go on long treating their customers like this

....takes 3 months to reply to my ticket then gives me 7 dayus to respond or I have to open a new ticket. Some one stole my game becuase of their lack of security with the mojang transition. This is criminal and there is enough grounds for a class action lawsuit.

Worst f**king support ever
Worst f**king support ever, they put NO effort what so ever into it, the support team is basically nonexistent and when it does exist it is complete GARBAGE, I have sent multiple tickets over the year requesting for help and the only time I ever get a response is a f**king bot say “we will get to you soon” and it’s been 3 F**KING YEARS! Do not say they have been trying there best because there not trying at ALL, they make MILLIONS a year and they can’t fix a simple god damn account issue.

Game is awesome, Support is Horrendous. I have tried multiple times to resolve an account/email issue since late last year, again contacted them over a month ago, and no response other then the automated response saying we are working on your issue 44 days later. A game this large that has made Mojang and Microsoft millions and they cant resolve basic account issues.

They never respond to help request tickets and any "relevant" articles are just broken links to the front page of their "help" forums. I have never encountered such horible customer service.

Trashiest, most understaffed support team in existence. Took them 2 months to respond, and their response was literally just broken help.minecraft.net links. Every article they refer to when trying to assist on forums leads to the front page of their help website.
