I get having to code stuff

I get having to code stuff, and I'm very thankful for your game being in my life for as long as it has (minecraft) But I wanted to just say how poorly your "pause" feature works. It doesn't pause, I paused it and left. When I pause a game, I expect everything to pause, no other person was in my game, therefore it should've paused. However, when I came back, I was dead, and before I get comments, yes I made sure it was paused, literally anyone that could've unpaused it wasn't in the room and in fact I was with everyone at the time. I just wanted to say how upset I was, that you know, this game is awesome and it can bring people together and it has fun mini games and I probably am just being salty with how I view it right now, but I'd very well get that fixed. I am beyond angry that A; I lost all my enchanted items and b; my horse continuously, when I was getting on, faced the opposite way of where I wanted, and C; my horse died in the process of me still trying to find my stuff, which was never found and probably will never be found due to it probably despawning.

Have sent multiple messages. My son is locked out of his acct. Its been almost a month and nothing! This is not a way to run a business, very uprofessional! My son is so sad he can't play his game. They need to get it together big time over at Mojang

I've been a costumer since 2011

I've been a costumer since 2011. I put in a ticket because my account got hacked. Took over 2 months to get a reply from a robot asking for more information. I responded the same day with every piece of information they asked for and now I'm 2 weeks in waiting for another response. No idea what's going on over there but its the worst costumer support experience I've ever had in my life.

wow, why release snapshots when all they do is break the game? I am getting sick and tired of having re-start my worlds because you decide to rush your release dates with crappy snapshot.....wait till its working then release a proper up date

Lazy support etc

Bunch of lazy people who can’t show the necessary support

Since the skins and cosmetics issues started more have appeared so I put in another complaint and they can’t see the issues on their end so they’ve stopped responding to emails and complaints on social media

Worst support if you wait months for a response I wouldn’t even recommend the game to friends as it’s pointless trying to make Mojang see common sense

Customer service is terrible and will…

Customer service is terrible and will take quite a while to get to your request. I have also sent them out tweets and haven't even got response. The say they have "a bit of a backlog" but I am coming up on a month since I submitted and I have heard people waiting 2 or more months just to receive a response that looks like it was copied from the support site.

I want to include an underscore in my minecraft password, but have been told it doesn't classify as a symbol, and have to use a different password instead. This is a huge inconveniece and hope there is a way you can change it so that an _ counts as a symbol, not just a - . Thankyou,

Utter garbage

Utter garbage. No customer support numbers to try and report problems too. Can't find answers to any of my issues. Won't fix awful bugs. Seems to have a real IDGAF attitude toward customers of almost 10 years

Another example of a loser

This company is very bad at making a game that runs well(they even found a way to ruin ps4) but worse off, this company was bought by a more terrible company. Microsoft continuously sucks at what it does.

I play on xbox1 which is a mistake because my ps4 is way better and almost 7 years old, my xbox1 is 6months old and can barely grasp an internet connection. This issue where the realms take up all the storage space Minecraft allows and then doesn’t let you delete the millions of backups is the most ridiculous crap ever

MY account was hacked and stolen

MY account was hacked and stolen. contacted them to get my account recovered. no response. went on the discord servers. according to their staff it takes over a month for them just to look at a customer support ticket. garbage company.

TLDR. my account was stolen and i was told to wait atleast a month if i ever want to see it again (or to go f*** myself and buy a new account . . )
