Criminals. Absolute scumbag criminals. They will rebill you for 'theme support' which you never asked for even after cancelling for YEARS. Do not give them your credit card they will just keep billing you. This business needs to have their merchant account shut down. I'm calling my credit card company to chargeback and recommend everyone who use them do the same

Don't believe the reviews it's not true! They pay honestly! I myself have been selling templates on Mojo Marketplace for several years now, there were no deceptions. I heard on linkedin that BlueHost acquired them. The best and most reliable DIGITAL MARKETPLACE. I put 5 stars. And I want them to update Instagram, because after 2018 they stopped updating!

This website is full of thieves...I requested my refund as the product was un satisfactory and I was still within the refund time as per the policy but they refuse to refund siting payment failure

Worst customer service I have ever seen, talking to them is useless, they will say that they are doing their best to solve the problem but they do nothing and will block your email or delete your support ticket.

Company keeps charging for a subscription I canceled years ago. It is rightly treated as credit card fraud by my bank. Their website shows it as canceled, but I still have to deal with cancelling the credit card.

I changed my mind about using a template and cancelled on the same day. They have been charging me annually for the last three years.

There is no way to get your card info off of their website. There is no customer service. Please do not use this website it is a complete scam.

A total scam - they keep charging your card through apple pay even through there is no existing Apple subscription.

You cannot cancel automatic renewal. Even if you terminate everything they will renew it on their own. This is a scam website. If you buy anything from them you will have to cancel your debit/credit card to stop them from taking your money.

Mojomarketplace are thieves. Do not purchase anything from them, do not give them your information, steer clear. They are shady and unethical, can't believe they operate out in the open.

I purchased a theme, I reached an error when trying to install it onto Wordpress.

They told me I needed to "repurchase it" at the same price and try again (while confirming the first transaction was charged to my account).

It's a straight-up scam to force multiple payments for the same product. I asked if credit or another option is available and they said, "no, thank you, goodbye" and hung up on me.

This company Mojo Marketplace continues to debit my account .I’ve terminated services .I’ve cancel services, I stopped automatic renewal and they continue to try and renew subscription on my account there is no getting in touch with support they claim they have , chat doesn’t work no one responds and they will not stop this is fraud ,this is a scam and it’s ripping off Americans consumers .I filled a complaint with the better business bureau and it is time for legal actions .I’ve consulted my attorney

This is the 2 nd time my debit card has been hacked from this company, never ordered anything from them, support can’t tell me where they got my debit number they say I don’t have a account with them, but clearly someone there is getting rich,

Don't have the products they advertise, they charge you anyway, and continue to charge even if you cancel - it's just a trap, plain and simple.

I bought a theme and their install service in 2021, and they got in touch with me saying they don't actually have the theme I chose. I then selected others as an alternative, and they didn't have those either. I didn't trust them at all and asked them to cancel and refund my order, which they did.

Fast forward to 2022, and they charged my card without notification to continue the 'subscription' I don't even have! Avoid like the plague.

This service is terrible. I keep getting charged for theme support that I cancelled a year ago. There is no way to remove your billing information from their system through your account, so you don't have a way to stop them from charging your card, either. Absolutely listen to the others and stay away

I wish I had checked this company out before signing up for WPLivePro website builder. Lesson learned. Cancel anytime means 15 days advance notice for my monthly plan - a pure cash grab. I just wanted to pause the service because I wasn't ready. I also did not like using GoToMeeting which gives them total access to my computer. Even after the sessions GoToMeeting would automatically startup every time I restarted my computer. It was so uncomfortable I disabled it when not working with Mojo. I will never use this company again.

I bought a theme from this company. It never worked and I have again been charged for the renewal of the theme that I do not use. When I try to log in, it says that my account is not found. I cannot get hold of anyone in this company. I want a refund and ASAP. A TOTAL SCAM! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

They charged me for auto renewal on some themes I bought. Let’s say I’m the one at fault here and didn’t notice.
But they won’t send me an invoice for my purchase and say I need to call them from overseas sees to verify who I am to get an invoice. I think it’s time legal actions will be taken against this company.
