Great customer service!

As soon as I called someone answered the phone and they were able to sort out my problem easily and fast. I really appreciate the customer service that I received with my call. Thank you MOJO!

Could have been better - and not planning to use it again for the moment

Would have liked to say better things about the "Highend Ultimate Multipurpose WordPress Theme" however I cannot - I have decided to buy it in December, and even if their support did they best to assist me the theme, it was still slow loading. The "Make My WordPress Site Look Like the Theme Demo" $149 did not worth the money and definately will not extend my subscription and will look for another solution for my website. Appreciation for their support and patience.

DON'T DO IT!

After purchasing a pro theme via WordPress, I got a call next day offering this unlimited service to get my website up and running... anything I needed... design, etc. $150 monthly. I called once to ask for help. Told I have only 25 min per call. The girl was zero help. She told me it was an issue with the theme and to call the developer. I ended up abandoning the theme and going with something outside of WP. Called MojoMarketplace to ask for refund so I no longer need their service. Since I used the service ONCE and the girl noted that 'she helped me with settings', they refused to refund my money. Complete SCAM.

Mojo Marketplace Sucks

Biggest waste of money and time working with these people. Ordered a theme install 7 days prior to just learning how to do it myself and asking for a refund. The 50 dollars to install a theme is criminal to be honest. Takes 1 minute max to just install the file. Customer service is also a waste of time and won’t respond and if they do it’s the same response saying they are working on it.

Avoid. Scammed.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews here and had a negative experience with MOJO Marketplace. The Creativo theme was advertised to me (via Bluehost Marketplace) as a 'one time fee'. I was also assured by the 'buyer satisfaction guaranteed' badge and the fact that I was being directed through Bluehost (who I trust).

It was only after I made the purchase that I was told I had purchased an annual subscription.

I downloaded the digital theme and it was clear it was faulty. My website was ruined, displaying a page of HTML code to my website visitors. I had to start all over again.

I contacted them via email to cancel the subscription - they kept asking me to phone them. This proved difficult as it is a US number (I'm based in Europe).

I asked to be refunded, as the product was faulty, and my request was refused.

Impossible to cancel without cancelling credit card.

You sign up then you never get notifications when they direct debit your card. When you try to cancel via a ticket, they ask you to phone them (am not in US). Then if they don't respond to your ticket in their 2 day turnaround you have to reopen the ticket and that fails. Only solution is to cancel credit card.

Confusing site and no return policy.

I purchased a blog theme from Mojo Marketplace, and I received no instructions on how to add it to my blog. I called customer service who was helpful but couldn't help me locate the purchase on my site. So, they sent it to me in an email. I was sure that there was a 30 day trial period when I purchased it, and after a week, I decided that it was not a good fit for my blog. But when I emailed the company about trying to return it, they said that they do not have a return policy. All they could do was allow me to change my theme. I tried to email them back, but my emails would not go through. I also tried to log back into my account, but it would not let me log in. So, I ended up losing that money and going with another blog theme, through another site.

MOJO Marketplace is fraud

MOJO Marketplace is fraud. They sell you a premium site ($59.) and then want to charge you to install because the zip file doesn't work. After that you have nothing more than a white screen as your home page. "Oh, you wanted a template. Is that what you thought you were paying for? That will be another $149. for the site to look like the demo. After that, when you can't figure out how to add your own content, then you can pay $99. per month for support and you will be locked in for a year.) STAY CLEAR! If you have already invested - sorry, you are not getting a refund ... call your webhosting company.

Mojo Marketplace have essentially stole my money

I love Bluehost, and their customer service has always been great but MOJO is horrible. I bought one of their premium themes only to be redirected to an error 404 page and nothing else but the money was taken out of my account. I sent an email to the email provided on their paypal account. No reply. I tried again via the MOJO marketplace website no reply. I'm currently taking up the issue with paypal directly since nobody is getting in touch with me. AVOID THIS COMPANY! I might also try getting in touch with the bluehost customer service team directly since they're always very helpful in sorting out issues I have.

Horrible lying company

Horrible lying company! They charged $257 for a premium theme and installation...and then set up the customer service so that you can't reach them by phone unless you pay for an additional $99 per month for "Pro Support." I was told that my transaction was declined after it posted on my account and they refuse to fulfill the order for the website theme. They are playing a very deceptive game and I regret that I fell into their trap and wasted my time.

I love Bluehost but hate MOJO Marketplace.

I love Bluehost, they have the most helpful, kind, and patient customer service that I have seen. But their relationship with MOJO Marketplace does not align. While dealing with the MOJO Marketplace customer service representative I experienced the rudest, most disrespectful, condescending that I have ever seen. It seems the only thing their customer service is competent at doing is blaming everyone else for their incompetence, including their Bluehost business partner.

I got charged twice when I was buying…and never got product

I got charged twice when I was buying the 'highend' theme.

The payment failed saying that 'my address did not match'. Tried again- it failed for the same reason.
I check my credit card transactions- i was charged twice $59USDx2! for something I didnt get.

I was surprised to see that there is not even an email address on their website. I tried to reach them via their 'Contact Us' form- guess what- it failed too saying my email address was incorrect!!

All they have on their website is a 855 U.S toll free number. Tried calling it- and again they say its outside their business hours. I live in New Zealand.

I have since cancelled my credit card.

Everything about this website looks dodgy to me. PLS KEEP AWY FROM THEM. Its a scam!

Pathetic.

Such a scam company

Such a scam company. I bought a wordpress theme for about $50 and then they wanted an additional $150 to allow me to install the theme like it appeared in the demo version. Stay away at all costs!
