Had a fault with our solar panels. Charged £180.00 for engineer to come and look, said the problem was on the roof. Gave us an estimate for £1300.00 to fix the problem. Got it fixed by another company for £40.00.

I assume from their reply to my original review that they were not interested in the job as they did not install the panels. If they didn't want the job they could have said it would not be financially viable for them to undertake the work.

The engineer who fixed the problem was a specialist engineer.

Vary flexible and accommodating - only issues were a tiny bit of accidental damage plus the instructions for using the system were a little rushed considering the level of spend going on. In spite of this though would recommend them.

We cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Mole Energy who captured our attention with an advertorial about the Tesla battery for green energy storage. It all sounded too good to be true, but the whole process from the personal marketing visit to our home, the fitting, commissioning and aftersales service has been excellent. As the battery did far more than "doing what it said on the can", we decided to buy an electric car and also invest in a Zappi car charging unit, MyEnergie hub and MyEnergie app. The engineer who fitted these items not only did so with the minimum of fuss, but went above and beyond setting up the coordination of all our green energy with a clear simple explanation, including how we could change things using either the app, Eddi or Zappi. We hope to have a Smart meter 2 fitted soon in the knowledge that we can get a friendly after sales service to set this up for down loading cheap overnight electricity to store in the battery during the winter when there is less solar energy available.

We have no hesitation in highly recommending Mole Energy to assess, quote, fit and support some or all of a green energy package for a domestic property.

Excellent communication and support throughout the survey process as well as installation. Fitters were polite, efficient and well informed. Battery has performed well and has really maximised the value of our solar panels as our house is 100% electric. During July we were 80% self powered and even had a 4 hour power cut where we carried on as normal knowing we were running on both solar and stored power.

We live in a listed thatched property in Devon, grade 2. Mole Energy came and carried out a survey for us re suitability for Solar Energy. We decided to have Solar panels fixed on our stable roof, which is outside of the listing perimeter of the house.
We are very pleased with the performance of the solar panels and the efficiency of the I Boost with regards heating our domestic water.
Mole Energy were very professional and helpful from the start to the finish of the project.
We wish we had done it sooner!

I’m really pleased with my solar panel installation with the battery. It’s given me over 90% of my electricity daily even in February and then some for the grid.
Mole Valley were very efficient and friendly, always available on the phone when needed. They made a schedule for the installation and everything happened on time as planned. Everything was left tidy and RIchard gave me a follow up call to check all was working well. I have recommended Mole Valley to others.

A neighbour recommend Mole Energy to me and I'm very glad they did. Very good service. Friendly, knowledgeable, not the absolute cheapest but competitively priced. Did the installation quickly, as planned with minimum hassle for the agreed price. Very pleased with the result and would recommend them.

A small problem with my IBoost. So I emailed Mole Energy and later in the day had a phone call with an engineer who talked me through the solution.Great service.

5 stars is hardly enough! From the first contact to the finished job, Mole Energy have proved to be the perfect supplier for our PV needs. They have done a simple and straightforward survey, been in precise and friendly communication throughout and made the complications disappear. We could not be more pleased with the value, product, communication, professionalism and result of this project.

Made the process of buying solar very easy. Tidy installation and great communication.

Everything went as it should, but they were unable to put the finishing touches on the day. The panels worked but some monitoring equipment was outstanding. All completed a week later.
