Very efficiant

We have just had a new solar system and Tesla battery supplied and fitted by Mole Energy.
Couldnt fault them, price, quality, end result, spot on and cant reccommend them enough

Excellent personal customer service and professional non-disruptive fitting.
Our complete new solar system and Tesla battery are now keeping our Children’s Activity Centre almost entirely Off-Grid. Would highly recommend Mole Valley Energy. The Tesla App keeping an eye on where our energy comes from at all times is great for the kids (and us!).

The advice and service we have received from Mole Energy has been outstanding. Based on their objective and realistic advice, we bought a Tesla Powerwall battery which was fitted and set to work by a first class engineer called Adrian. He integrated the Tesla with our solar panels and Eddi system with the minimum of fuss and completed the installation with an excellent briefing on the Tesla app which we now use regularly for the cost effective management of our electrical energy. The Tesla battery certainly “does what it says on the tin” and has made us 98% self powered over the last three months.

We highly recommend anyone considering fitting a Tesla better to use Mole Energy.

We asked Mole Energy to quote for solar panels for our house, and were delighted by the attitude and attention to detail of all their staff, from sales, through to ordering and installation. A very human company to do business with ! Well done all.

We have had a good experience with mole energy so far. Better when we get some money,, but we have to wake our act up and remember to read the meter on the right days.!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Had to get the installer back many times as completely messed up my supply to other areas as kept tripping out. Independent electrician was shocked at lazy installation job and refused to touch. Then had a frantic phone call to say not to use as likely to catch fire as had not been installed correctly So couldn't switch it on for over two weeks while they sorted problem. Not a fantastic return on investment as FIT is not as much as they quoted means I am unlikely to see my money back. Have to deal with a third party to get payments which wasn't made clear. Complete waste of money. Unlikely to see return on my investment.

Excellent experience and service from start to finish! We are very happy with our solar panels which are saving us loads of money.

No fuss, recommended!

The process of installing the solar panels and battery were painless and all seems to be working well after about 6 months. All personel involved were very helpful and always available if advice was needed. I would use them again, should I ever need to!

Mole Energy installed our solar panel array. The site was surveyed and full advice was given about the installation. There were a lot of last minute "tweaks" but Mole Energy were professional and patient and honest in all their dealings. There were no extra charges at the end. The installers came when they said and they never tried to sell anything that was not necessary. I had further queries after about 6 months and they did their best to help. I never felt that I was being a nuisance with my queries.
