I’m always so busy and rushed. I believe the name was Elli. Extremely patient helpful help me with some longtime issues couldn’t have been a better experience as I’m not very computer savvy. Weekends are go time for my business- 2 pm on a Sunday, I get an immediate response over chat, a solid resolution and a ticket number for any needed follow up. I've used other gym management software and customer service was slow and the staff ill informed. Great customer service with Momence!
