Missing items, poor service, and broken promises
I ordered a custom semi permanent tattoo on 06/23, and it arrived without the Real Teal that was supposed to come with it. When I asked customer service about it, they said it was not in stock, had not been in stock for a little while, and they didn’t know when they would be getting it again. They did not proactively inform me that my package wouldn’t be including it; they just sent it anyway. The service rep tried to give me a coupon, but that was unacceptable since I wasn’t going to spend more money with them. He then promised to resend my order once the Real Teal was back in stock. It’s currently 9/15, I never received a message from them again, and of course, never received the real teal. Don’t buy from these guys, just go to Inkbox.

The design looks better than I expected. It took about 8 days longer than expected for delivery but that could be my local post office's fault. The instructions for application included using two products (finger wrap & Real Teal) neither of which were included with the tattoo. So at this point I am still waiting for advice on next steps.

Referred to a setting spray that was not included
It peeled off almost immediately.
In the steps included it also referred to a setting spray for step 3 that wasn’t included and I could not find on the website. The parts that didn’t peel stayed on but were sticky leading to the picked up fuzz from my sheets etc on the tattoo. Will not be purchasing again.

Missing Real Teal Solution
I ordered 3 custom tattoos but did not receive the "Real Teal" solution that the instructions say to apply for a more authentic look. Instead all I got was a generic apology and a five dollar off coupon. Without the solution the tattoos look like a quarter machine product. In my attempt at contacting customer support I asked if there was another product that could be used as a substitute, but all I received was the generic response.

Needs better quality
The tattoo itself looked very good at the beginning. After about 2 days though it already started to fade. I was not happy since it really didnt last and I paid quite a bit of money for one.

Why does it leave a sticky residue? Also part of the tattoo stuck to the white part and ripped part of it off.
They have great customer service though and helped me resolve my issues that I was having.

I am struggling to give a 2 or 3. I thought the look of the tattoo was nice and looked just like the picture I sent. However, I was not given the "real teal" solution that it claims to come with and I was told they are backordering it. But the instructional video shows them putting it on the tattoo after applying.
So I put it on without around 3pm. It looked nice! I know it's temporary but I woke up this morning and it is already peeling off. I thought it would last at least one full day. For $20 I don't think it's worth it.
I also think the customer service is lacking, when I contacted them they offered me a $5 off coupon for not including the solution. But I didn't want a coupon, I wanted everything that is supposed to come with the product. I'm sorry but I wouldn't order from this company a second time.

I wasted my money on this product.
I spent about $40 on two matching semi-perm tattoos. The one on my partner never developed and the one on me developed into a faded smudge 24 hrs later. We followed the instructions quite precisely. Customer service follow up when I contacted them was also poor. I would not recommend this product or this company.

Fade extremely easily
The tattoos came and looked very nice when applied but then I worked at camp the next day and the ones on my wrist and ankle got so faded that I had to remove them. Super disappointed
