Did not give me the “real teal” that was supposed to come with my package. I emailed their customer support and it has been over a week with no response. I’ve ordered from them before and it was good quality, however I cannot give a company a positive rating if they cannot get back to their customers.

Very cool service, and one day in the tattoo looks pretty good, but I reached out to customer service about 5 days ago because I don't think I received the "Real Teal" ointment, and have yet to hear back

My tattoo came with white spots
My tattoo came with white spots where it should have been filled in with black. Didnt want to bother with a replacement and I dont need a refund either because i actually like the tattoo, but i wont apply it without the real teal, which apparently the company is out of. (I dont even think they sell it individually)
UPDATE: The support team was very quick to correct and re-send my order. For that i am very grateful. My tattoos came out perfect this time around. Thank you!

It was flaking off a lot. It flaked off so much and so quickly that it was gone in like, 10 minutes and it was just black speckles on my skin

$40 for three tattoos. Only to get an open envelope and instructions inside to make sure to use their special applicant on the tattoo…which wasn’t in the open envelope. The envelope was never even glued closed. I emailed the customer service with pictures, right away. No answer. Guys, try something else. Spending this much on a silly temp tattoo is one thing. But to not get your full order is bad business.

Delivery didn't come in time but was issued a full refund!!
Incorrect delivery times, ordered to UK and didn't receive until a month later. Really poor service and received no response from momentary ink customer service after multiple emails. Definitely would not use again. Haven't yet used the tattoos to confirm quality.

I purchased a custom colour temp tattoo from Momentary Ink in order to test drive a thigh tattoo I wanted to get. Overall I was disappointed with my experience. The tattoo applied easily but even after letting it air dry for hours it remained tacky and quickly picked up lint. starting to peel within a day. I don't entirely regret buying this as it really helped me visualize my new tattoo and helped a lot when showing my artist the vision I had. But it was quite expensive and didn't come with the mattifying solution (they're out but didn't say anything about that in my package - I thought they just forgot to include it). I also had a really negative experience with customer service. I emailed twice and didn't get a response. When I reached out on Insta they said they emailed me then proceeded to ignore my follow-up message about the quality of the tattoo (tackiness, peeling).
The only reason I'm not giving this a lower score is that I did find the tattoo useful despite the terrible quality of the product.
Pros:
- fast shipping and delivery
- good way to test out a real tattoo for size and placement and show your artist
Cons:
- Tattoo stayed tacky and quickly picked up lint and started peeling
- Only lasted a day before it looked terrible and I removed it
- Very expensive for the quality (1/12th of my actual thigh tattoo!)
- Unresponsive customer service

Great experience
Ordering was simple and delivery was quick. I was using this as a way to test drive a large (for me) tattoo I had designed before I committed to the size and placement of the real deal. The printed product was absolutely beautiful! Application was a breeze. The only downfall for me was that it stayed fairly sticky for the duration of the wear. It also only lasted for about 3 days, but that was 100% my fault and expected since I wore it for a beach weekend (sunscreen, sand, ocean water, pool chlorine, etc). Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely recommend.

Doesn’t Last
I appreciate the image fidelity and quick shipping, but even a couple hours after application, the temporary tattoo started to pit, peel, and stick to my clothing. Within 48 hours, half of the image was gone. I get that it’s temporary, but I expected it to last longer than a free Bazooka Joe bubble gum temporary tattoo.
