Momnt is a predatory lender. Please do not do any business with this company! Do not believe any reviews that have five stars ratings, these reviews are all bogus. This company has a F rating with the BBB.

I tried to payoff my loan before any interest acrued. However, my refinance company wanted to send a wire, Momnt told thm then do not take wires. Henceforth, meaning that they are intentionally practicing predatory lending. Their plan is to delay delay and delay to accrue additional interest.

Sent a certified check for payoff, they deliberly held the check for seven days to accrue more interest. They finally credited my account once I filed a complaint with the BBB.
If you are a consumer or a vendor that wants financing services, stay away from MOMNT. They are blood sucking predatory sharks.

Great customer service with Fatima and Jaquline. Very helpful and understanding. Only issue was a payment tsekn from me after I had paid off the full loan. Customer service took care of me, no issues. Inconvenient but I should be receiving a check back.

(probably less than 15-20 seconds) and then was contacted by Jennifer who greeted me and then asked me a couple of security questions and answered my questions and changed a few of my account options very quickly in a secure mode. She was always pleasant, concise and efficient. She made sure I understood and made me glad that I called.
