Got a loan permit was not approved licensed contractor said funds were never sent.momnt tells me I have to deal with contractor I requested when the funds were sent about 3 weeks ago. Nothing yet I was approved in October 2024 and still paying on something I do not have.i have called and explained the situation and no clear answer.

Easy and quick

I recently received a phone call from Bonnie at Momnt regarding a loan taken out for a home improvement project. Bonnie was polite and to the point, thorough and precise. She asked questions pertinent to the loan in an easy way to understand.

Ana was very friendly and answered my questions about paying off my loan.

I was pleasantly surprised when or design consultant showed up. She was very professional, she was very thorough and I could completely understand her. When I first booked my appt and got the confirmation call, I could barely understand the person. To me, not a good first impression, but i thought i would continue on with the appt. If I couldn't understand the consultant, I wasn't going through with the remodel, but it was clearly the opposite and she was amazing as well as the gentleman doing the contracts. Very thorough and clear. I haven't gotten the work done yet, but I'm looking forward to it and will be back with a review on my experience.
