Sergio was very courteous and patient…

Sergio was very courteous and patient in helping me to resolve a problem with my credit as a Disabled Veteran, I was counting on the Veterans Administration to resolve the paying of my bill, but they did not and I am currently doing Auto Pay to fulfill my obligation to your company for the loan that helped me to walk and be mobile. You all have been great and just wanted to say thank you.
