Great product! And great customer experience, too. There was damage during the delivery and communications to address this issue went well. They were understanding and structured. Its always nice to feel like you can actually talk to a human to solve these issues. We love the big mat for drying dishes, so far it works really great!

We purchased the large drytomita stone bath mat. The mat works as advertised and is great for keeping the bathroom floor dry after taking a shower. This mat was used daily over the span of six months, and over time it began to warp. The mat warped so badly that eventually, the corner of the mat broke off when I stepped out of the shower.

Although the mat broke, I was extremely satisfied with Momo LIfestyle's response. They honored their warranty and the process was hassle-free. My new mat was delivered very quickly and we are very happy with the product once again.

The product was packed well, no damage. So far the bathmat is working great. I am using it in the kitchen as a dish drying mat.

I've been a MOMO customer for over 3 years and my experience has been great with every purchase. We bought two non-slip bathroom rugs, several cabinet lamps with presence sensor, retractable portable blender, and several electric water gallon pumps.

I loved it, the quality of the product is super good.

We wanted to order another 5 Gallon Water Dispenser for Large Bottles Rechargeable but none were available. :( We did purchase 3 Stone Sink Caddies and like them very much.

I really like each of the three items I purchased-- small soap stand; dish drain base; and the bath mat. It took me a few days to mentally adjust to the bath mat. Because I was accustomed to seeing soft, fuzzy colorful mats, the Momo mat appeared very utilitarian, but now it makes me think of clean and streamlined. I was also concerned that the mat might be slippery but it absolutely is not and all three items absorb water instantly.

I ordered a stone bath matt and when it arrived, it was broken in half. It was clearly damaged in shipping. I reached out to the company. R. Santana replied that since there is a 1 year warranty, it will be replaced at no charge to me. About 1 week later, the replacement matt arrived in good order. I appreciated how the company responded and the quick service from R. Santana. I absolutely would purchase from them again.

I recently had to email your customer service department to ask them a question about my order that was being delivered to my location. Once I submitted my email to your customer service department, I received a response promptly by your employee, by the name of Rafael Santana. Rafael in his email response, assured me that there was no need for me to worry about my order and that the merchandise was on its way to my location. Rafael provided a link in the email where I could track the status of the shipment. Once I received my order, I sent Rafael a courtesy email to let him know that I received my merchandise. I also was impressed how well my merchandise was packaged and also was elated about the prompt delivery. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and thanks to Rafael and your packaging department for a job well done!

Exceptional and easy service and a great product too! I love the look of the stone mats but one did crack in the corner. I emailed the company and showed a picture of what occurred. Since it was within a year, their warranty covered it. But what I loved most was how easy and responsive the company was. I got a quick response saying they were sorry about the crack and that they have already sent out a new one. Who has service like that these days anymore? I don’t come across it often and when I do, I know that’s a company I want to do business with. Again…beautiful product and superb service.

Update to my previous reviews about the mat warping. The company contacted me after I wrote the review and sent me a new mat free of charge. I appreciate them correcting this issue.
