No Response for Months – Despite Multiple Messages and "Lifetime Warranty"

I’ve contacted Monateo multiple times over more than a month, and I’ve still received no reply whatsoever.
June 28, 2025: I reported that a bracelet from Order #6183 was losing its color after only a short time. I included photos and all order details.
July 15, 2025: I followed up, asking if anyone had seen my message. Still no response.
July 27, 2025: I sent a new email regarding another bracelet (Order #9794), which broke at the clasp the day after I started wearing it. I mentioned that I never got a response to my first issue.
July 31, 2025: Still no reply. I even tried using their website contact form.
Their products are advertised with a “lifetime warranty” and high durability, but when something goes wrong, they completely disappear.
I genuinely liked the design, but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re unlucky and receive a defective product, you’ll likely be ignored — just like I was.
Buy at your own risk.

After carefully checking, the only message we received was the one sent via our website contact form on July 31st, to which we replied on August 1st. If your earlier emails didn’t reach us, that’s clearly not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize.

Regarding your bracelets, we absolutely stand by our lifetime warranty and want to resolve this for you. In order to determine the best solution, we kindly ask for photos of the issues you mentioned. This allows our workshop to assess whether the jewelry can be repaired (which we’ll do at no cost to you) or if it’s a production defect, in which case we’ll replace the items entirely.

We’re committed to making this right and are awaiting your reply so we can move forward quickly. Please know that your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll do everything we can to restore your trust.
