Your people are GREAT, but...
Your people are GREAT. What brings down your rating is your currency trading platform. That I can not enter a limit order to buy currency (Euro's in this case) with a price closer than about a Euro away/below the market is cumbersome. I missed a buy because I had to put in my limit lower than I wished.
Yes, I understand why you you do this, yet it is a Monex specific issue and one you should fix. IMHO.

Once you've setup your payees, input the Euro's you need and decide if the rate is acceptable, if so buy and send a payment. Easy!

Efficient response to request for funds, follow-up almost immediately with contract note detailing the transaction FX rate, recipient bank account details etc. so this gave me peace of mind that the transaction was correct.

1. It is difficult however to determine whether we are actually getting the interbank (+plus) rate we were promised.
2. A periodic (e.g. monthly) statement of account of our foreign holdings would be welcomed.

Once you use them you won't go anywhere else.
Having to make intl payments somewhat regularly, there is no replacement for having a contact who is responsive and knows what they're doing. Especially nowadays, service is lacking in almost every direction.
