Really easy to deal with and understanding

Zain was amazing and put me at ease as I was worried about talking about my debts he went through everything with me and explained throughly what would happen and how it all works

David from the debt management department helped me massively with our call to help organise a debt management plan for me. He was very clear and walked me through every stage ensuring I understood completely what was happening. He made the process nice and easy to follow and has help to relief a lot of stress knowing that I won’t be getting chased up by multiple different creditors for payment.

Within 3 days of me signing up i now have a plan i can afford every month in one payment. I dont have to worry about making separate payments to multiple places anymore. Zain I 100% recommend you. You were very understanding and helped me out more than you realise. To the point I actually cried driving home after my call.
