Was dealt with by Jesse who was very helpful in understanding my stressful situation and has done all he can to help myself by setting up a plan that's best for me. He was very informative in what he was saying which helped the phone call.

My advisor Jesse put me at ease straight away. I felt shame an anxious but received an excellent service from him that was not judgemental. He allowed me to give information at my own pace and all his questions were easy to understand due to his excellent verbal communication skills. It was a relief to be able to explore options that could help my financial situation. After our discussion my future looked brighter and I started to relax. Amazing service from start to finish. Having been in touch with a few companies, MAC & in particular David stood out immediately. David explained everything fully, he never passed any judgement and made what felt like an embarrassing situation just a chat with a friend.
