Scam Con fake reviewed company
Fake reviews. Scam company. Do not fall for their lies! They aren’t contactable. They pay for their reviews. They will hold your money. Check out comments on Reddit/instagram. Total scam company. They will eventually try to scam you, offer you compensation then ‘go on annual leave’ with your waiver form. Thats if you can get hold of them. This is con is on a regulated ISA product. Hoping you don’t sue them.

The whole experience with Moneyfarm. Brilliant!
The whole experience with Moneyfarm has been 1st class. From moment I open a n account and spoke to 2 advisors who I felt were genuinely interested in giving me all the information I needed to make the best decisions, to now. Where I can exactly what and how and where my money is at all times.
Would recommend anyone who wants to save either for a dream purchase or money for a rainy day. Brilliant.

Disappointing
My dealings with Moneyfarm have been so disappointing. I have been waiting since 13th May 2026 to have my Cash Isa transferred to another provider. The money has been ready for transfer since the 11th May. Communication has been poor& even after several phone calls, and emails the situation is still not resolved.
I have read the reply to the above review from Moneyfarm. I am still waiting for my Cash Isa to be transferred out, and as of today (16.6.26) this has still not happened. Having read reviews from other savers, it seems that this is a common issue. Which is a poor reflection on yourselves as an organisation.

Made managing money easy
I have never felt on top of my finances until I started using Moneyfarm. I transferred my pension to MF, and also have a cash ISA and stock ISA. My money has grown way more than I expected, the UI is super easy to use, I like the newsletter and my account manager Vee is proactive and helpful.
Highly recommend.

Please do not trust them with any of your money. I opened a cash ISA and have tried to withdraw funds since 1st June, I have had excuse after excuse, and as of today, I still do not have my money. I have given them until 12pm today to have my money available, or I will be seeking legal redress. Accepting my money and then not giving me access is tantamount to theft!

Failed to resolve my problem
I am a Moneyfarm customer and persuaded our son to open a Junior ISA with Moneyfarm
How I regret that
When I try to deposit money in the JISA it ends up in my account
I have been trying to get this resolved for over a month
There's obviously a system problem in Moneyfarm
So be careful
