Setting a 400% interest rate should be illegal and should be reported to the consumer finance board as a scam and as a way to monopolize their business because gullible people will accept any loans and use of loans due to hardships and very significantly devastating circumstances such as loss of a loved one or getting out of debt or putting yourself in a more detrimental situation that these bottom dwellers come and pick up the shit and make you work it off with a huge payment because they aren’t regulated appropriately and will only operate based on contracts and manipulation tactics of someone in a very bad situation would consider. These bottom dwellers have no empathy and will not show any signs of sympathy and will offer a loan that with 400% interest rate only profits them and shows theft to the utmost degree allowing them to Ponzi or pyramid build their con-man empire. This isn’t real business it’s taking advantage of the CFPA and them allowing these thieves to get away with a market meant to ruin someone’s life and liberty to pursue joy and happiness.
